1. Ministry of Panchayati Raj signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Government of Madhya Pradesh and Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU), Amarkantak to set up a Centre of Excellence on PESA in Bhopal. PESA: Under the provision of the Panchayats (Extension to the Scheduled Areas) Act, 1996. Objective: To strengthen local self-governance in the Scheduled (tribal) areas and improve the implementation of PESA.

पंचायती राज मंत्रालय ने मध्य प्रदेश सरकार और इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय जनजातीय विश्वविद्यालय (IGNTU), अमरकंटक के साथ मिलकर भोपाल में PESA पर एक उत्कृष्टता केंद्र स्थापित करने हेतु एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए। PESA: पंचायत (अनुसूचित क्षेत्रों पर विस्तार) अधिनियम, 1996 के प्रावधान के अंतर्गत। उद्देश्य: अनुसूचित (जनजातीय) क्षेत्रों में स्थानीय स्वशासन को सुदृढ़ बनाना और PESA के कार्यान्वयन में सुधार करना।

 2   Ajay Seth has been appointed as the Chairman of IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) for a term of 3 years. The post was vacant since the resignation of Debasish Panda in March 2025. It is a statutory body to regulate and promote the insurance and reinsurance industries in India. Its main objective is to protect the interests of policyholders and ensure orderly growth of the insurance industry.

अजय सेठ को 3 वर्ष के कार्यकाल के लिए IRDAI (भारतीय बीमा नियामक एवं विकास प्राधिकरण) का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया गया है। यह पद मार्च 2025 में देबाशीष पांडा के इस्तीफे के बाद से रिक्त था।  यह भारत में बीमा और पुनर्बीमा उद्योगों को विनियमित करने और बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक वैधानिक निकाय है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य पॉलिसीधारकों के हितों की रक्षा करना और बीमा उद्योग का व्यवस्थित विकास सुनिश्चित करना है।

 3. NASA has launched the TRACERS (Tandem Reconnection and Cusp Electrodynamics Reconnaissance Satellites) mission to study the Earth's magnetic field and the effects of solar storms. Objective: To investigate magnetic reconnection, a process in which the magnetic fields of the Sun and Earth interact and cause a burst of energy. Launched on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

NASA ने पृथ्वी के चुंबकीय क्षेत्र और सौर तूफानों के प्रभावों का अध्ययन करने के लिए TRACERS (टेंडम रीकनेक्शन एंड कस्प इलेक्ट्रोडायनामिक्स रीकॉनिसेंस सैटेलाइट्स) मिशन लॉन्च किया है। उद्देश्य: चुंबकीय पुनर्संयोजन की जाँच करना, एक ऐसी प्रक्रिया जिसमें सूर्य और पृथ्वी के चुंबकीय क्षेत्र परस्पर क्रिया करते हैं और ऊर्जा विस्फोट का कारण बनते हैं। कैलिफ़ोर्निया के वैंडेनबर्ग स्पेस फ़ोर्स बेस से स्पेसएक्स फाल्कन 9 रॉकेट के ज़रिए लॉन्च किया गया।

 4. France will officially recognise the State of Palestine in September 2025. It will become the first G7 country to do so. The announcement was made by President Emmanuel Macron. The move marks a major shift in Europe's stance on the Israel-Palestine conflict. More than 140 UN member states have recognised Palestine since 1988.

फ्रांस सितंबर 2025 में फ़िलिस्तीन राज्य को आधिकारिक रूप से मान्यता देगा। ऐसा करने वाला वह पहला G7 देश बन जाएगा। यह घोषणा राष्ट्रपति इमैनुएल मैक्रों ने की। यह कदम इज़राइल-फ़िलिस्तीन संघर्ष पर यूरोप के रुख में एक बड़ा बदलाव दर्शाता है। 1988 से अब तक 140 से ज़्यादा संयुक्त राष्ट्र सदस्य देशों ने फ़िलिस्तीन को मान्यता दी है।

 5. India and the UK on Thursday signed the much-awaited free trade agreement (FTA), which is expected to boost bilateral trade to $34 billion annually. The agreement, finalised in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, will eliminate duties on 99% of India's exports to the UK, including textiles, leather, generic medicines and agricultural products.

 

जुलाई 2025 को, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी लगातार 4,078 दिन पूरे करके भारत के दूसरे सबसे लंबे समय तक प्रधानमंत्री रहने वाले प्रधानमंत्री बन गए, जिससे इंदिरा गांधी का 4,077 दिनों का रिकॉर्ड टूट गया। इंदिरा गांधी ने 24 जनवरी, 1966 से 24 मार्च, 1977 तक 11 वर्ष 59 दिन तक प्रधानमंत्री पद पर कार्य किया। 74 वर्ष की आयु में नरेंद्र मोदी ने 26 मई, 2014 को प्रधानमंत्री पद की शपथ ली। जवाहरलाल नेहरू निरंतर सबसे लंबे समय तक प्रधानमंत्री रहने वाले प्रधानमंत्री बने हुए हैं।

 6. Now India has the capability to launch missiles by precisely targeting drones. A precision-guided missile launched from a drone has been successfully tested at a test range in Andhra Pradesh. The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) tested the UAV Launched Precision Guided Missile (ULPGM)-V3 in Kurnool. It is a fire-and-forget, air-to-surface missile. Weight: 12.5 kg Its maximum range is 4 km (during the day) and 2.5 km (at night).

अब भारत के पास ड्रोन से सटीक निशाना बनाकर मिसाइल लॉन्च करके की क्षमता पुख्ता हो गई है. आंध्र प्रदेश के एक टेस्ट रेंज में ड्रोन से लॉन्च सटीक-निर्देशित मिसाइल का सफलतापूर्वक परीक्षण किया गया है. रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन (DRDO) ने कुरनूल में UAV लॉन्चेड प्रिसिजन गाइडेड मिसाइल (ULPGM)-V3 का परीक्षण किया.यह फायर-एंड - फॉरगेट, हवा से सतह पर मार करने वाली मिसाइल है। वजन: 12.5 किलोग्राम। इसकी अधिकतम सीमा 4 किमी (दिन में) और 2.5 किमी (रात में) है।

 7. RBI conducted a surprise variable rate repo (VRR) auction. RBI infused ₹50,000 crore into the banking system. The move was taken to address emerging liquidity pressures in the system.Variable rate repo (VRR) is a monetary policy tool used by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to manage liquidity in the banking system. It is an auction mechanism where banks borrow short-term funds from the RBI at market-based interest rates.

RBI ने एक आश्चर्यजनक परिवर्तनीय दर रेपो (VRR) नीलामी आयोजित की। RBI ने बैंकिंग प्रणाली में ₹50,000 करोड़ डाले। यह कदम प्रणाली में उभरते तरलता दबावों को दूर करने के लिए उठाया गया था।परिवर्तनीय दर रेपो (VRR) एक मौद्रिक नीति उपकरण है जिसका उपयोग भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) द्वारा बैंकिंग प्रणाली में तरलता प्रबंधन के लिए किया जाता है। यह एक नीलामी तंत्र है जहां बैंक, RBI से, बाजार-आधारित ब्याज दरों पर अल्पकालिक धन उधार लेते हैं।

 8. Union Home Minister and Cooperative Minister Amit Shah launched the National Cooperative Policy-2025 in New Delhi. This policy is in line with Prime Minister Modi's vision of "Prosperity through Cooperation". This policy has been described as visionary, practical and result-oriented. It aims to develop 5 model cooperative villages in each tehsil. This policy focuses on villages, agriculture, rural women, Dalits and tribals.

केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री एवं सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह ने नई दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय सहकारिता नीति-2025 का शुभारंभ किया। यह नीति प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के "सहकार से समृद्धि" के दृष्टिकोण के अनुरूप है। इस नीति को दूरदर्शी, व्यावहारिक और परिणामोन्मुखी बताया गया है। इसका उद्देश्य प्रत्येक तहसील में 5 आदर्श सहकारी गाँव विकसित करना है। यह नीति गाँवों, कृषि, ग्रामीण महिलाओं, दलितों और आदिवासियों पर केंद्रित है।

 9. The country's first hydrogen-powered train coach has been successfully trialled. This trial was conducted at Integrated Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai. This coach was earlier used in diesel-powered trains. It is called DEMU coach. When the train runs on hydrogen, it emits only water vapor, no poisonous gas. This does not harm the environment and also reduces the cost of running the train.

देश की पहली हाइड्रोजन से चलने वाली ट्रेन कोच का सफल ट्रायल कर लिया गया है. यह ट्रायल इंटीग्रेटेड कोच फैक्टरी (ICF), चेन्नई में किया गया. इस कोच को पहले डीजल से चलने वाली ट्रेन में इस्तेमाल किया जाता था. इसे DEMU (डेमू) कोच कहा जाता है.जब ट्रेन हाइड्रोजन से चलती है तो उससे सिर्फ पानी की भाप निकलती है, कोई जहरीली गैस नहीं. इससे वातावरण को नुकसान नहीं होता और ट्रेन चलाने का खर्चा भी कम हो जाता है.
