Q (7-10)- Following are the conditions for selecting Manager-
Accounts in an organization.
The Candidate must:
a) Be at least 28 years and not more than 33 years as on
01.06.2010.
b) Be graduate with at least 55 percent marks.
c) Be a post graduate degree/ diploma holder in financial
management with at least 60 percent marks.
d) Have post qualIfication work experience of at least seven
years in the Finance Department of an organization.
e) Have secured 40 percent marks in the personal interview.
In the case of a candidates who satisfies all the conditions
EXCEPT:
i) At (c) above but has completed CA/ICWA/CFA after his/ her
graduation, the case is to be referred to executive Director- Finance.
ii) At (e) above but has secured at least 35 percent marks
in the personal interview and at least 65 percent marks in graduation. The case
is to be referred to General Manager - Finance.
In each question below are given details of one candidate.
You have to take one of the following courses of action based on the
information provided and the conditions and sub- conditions given above and
mark the number of that course of action as your answer. You are not to assume
anything other than the information provided in each question. All These cases
are given to your as on 01.06.2010.
Q (7-10) - निम्नलिखित एक संगठन में प्रबंधक-खातों का चयन
करने के लिए शर्तें हैं।
उम्मीदवार को
होना चाहिए:
a) 01.06.2010 को कम से कम 28 वर्ष और 33 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
b) कम से कम 55 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ स्नातक होना।
c) कम से कम 60 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ वित्तीय प्रबंधन में
स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री / डिप्लोमा धारक हो।
d) किसी संगठन के
वित्त विभाग में कम से कम सात वर्ष का पद योग्यता अनुभव हो।
e) व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार
में 40 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त किए
हैं।
ऐसे उम्मीदवारों
के मामले में जो सभी शर्तों को पूरा करते हैं:
i) ऊपर (c) लेकिन अपने स्नातक स्तर की पढ़ाई के बाद CA
/ ICWA / CFA पूरा कर लिया है, इस मामले को कार्यकारी निदेशक-वित्त को भेजा
जाना है।
ii) ऊपर (e) लेकिन व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार में कम से कम 35 प्रतिशत अंक और स्नातक में कम से कम 65 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त किए हैं। मामला
महाप्रबंधक - वित्त को भेजा जाना है।
