लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल विनोद वशिष्ठ ने 23 दिसंबर 2016 को राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर (एनसीसी) के महानिदेशक के रूप में कार्यभार संभाल लिया है।
राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी के पूर्व छात्र, जनरल वशिष्ठ 09 जून, 1979 को आर्टिलरी रेजिमेंट में शामिल हुए।
