1 The Governor of Uttarakhand has approved the Uttarakhand Minority Education Bill, 2025, which requires all madrasas to be recognized by the Uttarakhand Minority Education Authority and affiliated with the Uttarakhand Board of School Education. Uttarakhand is the first state in India to abolish the Madrasa Board and integrate minority educational institutions into the mainstream.

उत्तराखंड के राज्यपाल ने उत्तराखंड अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा विधेयक, 2025 को मंज़ूरी दे दी है, जिसके अनुसार सभी मदरसों को उत्तराखंड अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा प्राधिकरण से मान्यता प्राप्त करनी होगी और उत्तराखंड विद्यालयी शिक्षा बोर्ड से संबद्ध होना होगा। उत्तराखंड भारत का पहला राज्य है, जिसने मदरसा बोर्ड को समाप्त कर अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षण संस्थानों को मुख्यधारा में शामिल किया है।

2   The Philippines has launched Southeast Asia's first coral larval cryobank to preserve coral genetic diversity and protect reef ecosystems. The initiative is a collaboration between research institutions in the Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Its goal is to freeze and preserve coral larvae, ensuring the long-term conservation of coral genetic diversity.

फिलीपींस ने प्रवाल आनुवंशिक विविधता को संरक्षित करने और रीफ पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र की सुरक्षा के लिए दक्षिण पूर्व एशिया का पहला प्रवाल लार्वा क्रायोबैंक लॉन्च किया है। यह पहल फिलीपींस, ताइवान, इंडोनेशिया, मलेशिया और थाईलैंड के अनुसंधान संस्थानों के बीच एक सहयोग है। इसका लक्ष्य प्रवाल लार्वा को जमाकर संरक्षित करना है, जिससे प्रवाल आनुवंशिक विविधता का दीर्घकालिक संरक्षण सुनिश्चित हो सके।

 3. Manipur is celebrating the Mera Hou Chongba festival, a symbol of hill-valley unity and the promotion of communal harmony. The festival is celebrated annually on the 15th lunar day of the Mera month of the Meitei calendar with traditional rituals and a ceremonial march from the royal palace to Kangla. Mera Hou Chongba is the only festival in Manipur in which all indigenous communities participate.

मणिपुर में मेरा होउ चोंगबा उत्सव मनाया जा रहा है, जो पहाड़ी-घाटी एकता और सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव को बढ़ावा देने का प्रतीक है। यह उत्सव प्रतिवर्ष मेइतेई कैलेंडर के मेरा महीने के 15वें चंद्र दिवस पर पारंपरिक अनुष्ठानों और शाही महल से कांगला तक एक अनुष्ठानिक मार्च के साथ मनाया जाता है। मेरा होउ चोंगबा मणिपुर का एकमात्र ऐसा उत्सव है, जिसमें सभी स्वदेशी समुदाय भाग लेते हैं।

 4. The Nobel Prize in Physics has been awarded to John Clarke, Michael Devoret, and John Martinis, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced. The award was given for their discovery of large-scale quantum tunneling and energy levels in electrical circuits. The researchers will be formally presented with the prize at a ceremony in Stockholm on December 10, the anniversary of the death of the prize's founder, Alfred Nobel.

फिजिक्स नोबेल पुरस्कार जॉन क्लार्क, माइकल डेवोरेट, जॉन मार्टिनिस को मिला है। स्वीडन की रॉयल स्वीडिश एकेडमी ऑफ साइंसेज ने इसकी घोषणा की। यह पुरस्कार बिजली के सर्किट में बड़े पैमाने पर क्वांटम टनलिंग और ऊर्जा के स्तरों की खोज के लिए दिया गया है। इन शोधकर्ताओं को पुरस्कार के संस्थापक अल्फ्रेड नोबेल की पुण्यतिथि 10 दिसंबर को एक समारोह में औपचारिक रूप से स्टॉकहोम में पुरस्कार प्रदान किया जाएगा।

 5. The Union Cabinet has announced nationwide celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the national song "Vande Mataram." Composed in Sanskrit by Bankim Chandra Chatterjee, the song was first published in the novel Anandamath (1882). The song gained national recognition when it was first sung publicly by Rabindranath Tagore at the 1896 Congress session. The Constituent Assembly of India adopted "Vande Mataram" as the national song of India on January 24, 1950.

केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने राष्ट्रीय गीत 'वंदे मातरम' की 150वीं वर्षगांठ के राष्ट्रव्यापी समारोह की घोषणा की है। बंकिम चंद्र चटर्जी द्वारा संस्कृत में रचित, यह गीत पहली बार आनंदमठ (1882) उपन्यास में प्रकाशित हुआ था। 1896 के कांग्रेस अधिवेशन में रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रथम सार्वजनिक गायन ने इस गीत को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाई। भारत की संविधान सभा ने 24 जनवरी, 1950 को "वंदे मातरम" को भारत के राष्ट्रीय गीत के रूप में अपनाया था।

 6. The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the banking license of Satara-based Jijamata Mahila Sahakari Bank, citing insufficient capital and low income prospects. The bank, whose license was previously cancelled and then reinstated, will cease banking operations by October 7, 2025. Depositors will be eligible for insurance claims of up to Rs 5 lakh under the DICGC.

भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक ने अपर्याप्त पूँजी और कम आय की संभावनाओं का हवाला देते हुए, सतारा स्थित जीजामाता महिला सहकारी बैंक का बैंकिंग लाइसेंस रद्द कर दिया है। यह बैंक, जिसका लाइसेंस पहले रद्द किया गया था और फिर बहाल कर दिया गया था, 7 अक्टूबर, 2025 तक बैंकिंग परिचालन बंद कर देगा। जमाकर्ता DICGC के तहत  5 लाख रुपये तक के बीमा दावों के लिए पात्र होंगे।

 7.  The Reserve Bank of India has proposed that the Banking Ombudsman may award compensation of up to ₹30 lakh to aggrieved bank customers for any resulting losses. This is part of the central bank's efforts to strengthen the Ombudsman scheme and enhance customer satisfaction. An additional ₹3 lakh may be awarded for harassment and time taken to process complaints. If no response is received from banks within 30 days of filing a complaint, customers can file a complaint with the RBI.

भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक ने प्रस्ताव दिया है कि बैंकिंग लोकपाल, पीड़ित बैंक ग्राहकों को किसी भी परिणामी नुकसान के लिए 30 लाख रुपये तक का मुआवज़ा दे सकता है । यह लोकपाल योजना को मज़बूत बनाने और ग्राहकों की संतुष्टि बढ़ाने के केंद्रीय बैंक के प्रयासों का हिस्सा है। उत्पीड़न और शिकायतों पर लगने वाले समय के लिए अतिरिक्त 3 लाख रुपये का मुआवज़ा दिया जा सकता है। यदि शिकायत दर्ज कराने के 30 दिन के भीतर बैंकों से कोई जवाब नहीं मिलता है तो ग्राहक आरबीआई के पास शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं।

 8. The 69th National School Games (NSG), organized by the Directorate of Youth Services and Sports, have begun in Jammu and Kashmir. Thirty teams from various states and union territories are participating, and competitions are being held at six venues. The events include football, wushu, taekwondo, and table tennis. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah officially inaugurated the event. India's first "National School Games" were organized by the School Games Federation of India (SGFI), which was formed in 1954.

जम्मू-कश्मीर में युवा सेवा एवं खेल निदेशालय द्वारा आयोजित 69वें राष्ट्रीय स्कूल खेल (NSG) का आयोजन शुरू हो गया है। विभिन्न राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों की 30 टीमें इसमें भाग ले रही हैं और प्रतियोगिताएँ छह स्थानों पर आयोजित की जा रही हैं। इन खेलों में फुटबॉल, वुशु, ताइक्वांडो और टेबल टेनिस की प्रतियोगिताएँ शामिल हैं। मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला ने आधिकारिक तौर पर इस आयोजन का उद्घाटन किया।भारत के पहले "राष्ट्रीय स्कूल खेल" स्कूल गेम्स फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (एसजीएफआई) द्वारा आयोजित किए गए थे, जिसका गठन 1954 में हुआ था।

 9. UP Raahveer Yojana: Uttar Pradesh is launching a new scheme to honor citizens who help road accident victims. Those who ensure timely transportation of the injured to the hospital will be recognized as "Raahveers." They will be given a certificate and a cash prize of 25,000 rupees. The initiative aims to encourage more people across the state to provide timely assistance to accident victims. According to 2023 data, India recorded nearly 1.6 lakh deaths in 1.7 lakh road accidents last year.

यूपी राहवीर योजना: उत्तर प्रदेश सड़क दुर्घटना पीड़ितों की मदद करने वाले नागरिकों को सम्मानित करने के लिए एक नई योजना शुरू कर रहा है। जो लोग घायलों को समय पर अस्पताल पहुँचाना सुनिश्चित करेंगे, उन्हें 'राहवीर' के रूप में मान्यता दी जाएगी। उन्हें एक प्रमाण पत्र और 25,000 रुपये का नकद पुरस्कार दिया जाएगा। इस पहल का उद्देश्य राज्य भर में दुर्घटना पीड़ितों को समय पर सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए अधिक से अधिक लोगों को प्रोत्साहित करना है।2023 के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, भारत में पिछले साल 1.7 लाख सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में लगभग 1.6 लाख मौतें दर्ज की गईं।

 10.  EMC 2025: Asia's largest telecom and technology event will be held from October 8 to 11. The theme: "Innovation for Transformation" – to showcase India's leadership in digital transformation. The event will focus on key topics such as optical communications, semiconductors in telecommunications, quantum communications, 6G, and fraud risk indicators, reflecting India's strategic priorities in next-generation connectivity, digital sovereignty, cyber fraud prevention, and global technology leadership.

ईएमसी 2025: एशिया का सबसे बड़ा दूरसंचार और प्रौद्योगिकी कार्यक्रम 8 से 11 अक्टूबर तक आयोजित किया जाएगा।  विषय: "परिवर्तन के लिए नवाचार"- डिजिटल परिवर्तन में भारत के नेतृत्व को प्रदर्शित करना है। यह कार्यक्रम ऑप्टिकल संचार, दूरसंचार में सेमीकंडक्टर, क्वांटम संचार, 6जी और धोखाधड़ी जोखिम संकेतक जैसे प्रमुख विषयों पर केंद्रित होगा, जो अगली पीढ़ी की कनेक्टिविटी, डिजिटल संप्रभुता, साइबर धोखाधड़ी रोकथाम और वैश्विक प्रौद्योगिकी नेतृत्व में भारत की रणनीतिक प्राथमिकताओं को दर्शाता है।
