1 The Odisha government has announced the construction of a
digital library called the Gyan Yagna Mandap to preserve the rare records of
the Jagannath Temple in Puri. The facility will replace the old Raghunandan
Library located near the temple, making sacred documents and manuscripts
digitally accessible to devotees and researchers.

Platform and appointed Apurva Shah as Managing Director to lead private loan
origination operations in the country. BXCI is the world's largest third-party

private lending and loan origination.

3. Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari
inaugurated India's first commercial electric truck battery swapping and
charging station, built by Energy in Motion, at the Delhi International Cargo
Terminal Private Limited (DICT) in Panchi Gujran village, Gannaur, Sonipat. The
station will enable heavy trucks to run smoothly on battery-powered trucks.
Currently, it takes several hours to charge a depleted battery. However, with
the opening of such stations, truck drivers will be able to swap batteries and
reach their destination in just five minutes.

will soon open nine campuses in India. The initiative aims to boost educational

6. Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated
Tamil Nadu's second dedicated mahout village at the Kozhikamuthy Elephant Camp
in the Anamalai Tiger Reserve in Coimbatore. Developed at a cost of ₹5.4 crore,
the new village includes 47 modern staff quarters for mahouts and elephant
caretakers. This is a major protected area in Tamil Nadu, declared in 2007. The
reserve is home to tigers, elephants, and many other rare species, including
the lion-tailed macaque and the Nilgiri tahr.

7. Astroscale
Japan has signed a launch agreement with NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), the
commercial arm of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), to place its
ISSA-J1 satellite into orbit. The spacecraft will be launched via India's Polar
Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre on
Sriharikota Island in Andhra Pradesh in the spring of 2027. ISSA-J1 stands for
'In-Situ Space Situational Awareness-Japan 1'.

from the Raman Research Institute (RRI), Bengaluru, under the Department of
Science and Technology (DST), have developed a small but powerful space system
called PRATUSH short for Probing ReionizATion of the Universe using Signal from
Hydrogen. PRATUSH is a space experiment that will orbit the Moon in the future.
Its main job is to study the Cosmic Dawn the time when the first stars and
galaxies were formed in the Universe.This mission will study the time when the

allocate $1 billion in non-dilutive debt to support Indian startups. The
funding targets early- to late-stage growth companies, enabling them to expand

10. The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal celebrated
its 84th anniversary at the Delhi High Court auditorium. It is a quasi-judicial
body established in January, 1941 and specializes in dealing with appeals under
the Direct Tax Acts. It started with six members and had three benches – Delhi,
Kolkata and Mumbai. At present, the ITAT has 63 benches in 27 different cities,
covering almost all the cities having High Courts. Nodal Ministry: It functions
under the Ministry of Law and Justice.
