1 The United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia have officially recognized the State of Palestine, marking a significant shift in global diplomacy. Canada has become the first G7 nation to recognize Palestine. France, Belgium, and other countries are expected to join in the recognition during the United Nations General Assembly.

​यूनाइटेड किंगडम, कनाडा और ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने आधिकारिक तौर पर फ़िलिस्तीन राज्य को मान्यता दे दी है, जो वैश्विक कूटनीति में एक महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव का प्रतीक है। कनाडा फ़िलिस्तीन को मान्यता देने वाला पहला G7 राष्ट्र बन गया है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा के दौरान फ़्रांस, बेल्जियम और अन्य देशों के भी इस मान्यता में शामिल होने का अनुमान है।

 2   The Ahmedabad-based Sabarmati Operations Command Center (OCC) is now the focal point of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC), which covers a distance of 1,506 kilometers across five states. The Sabarmati OCC has Asia's largest real-time surveillance video wall and is equipped with advanced security features such as AI-ready systems, automated alarms, and disaster management features.

अहमदाबाद स्थित साबरमती ऑपरेशंस कमांड सेंटर (OCC) अब पश्चिमी समर्पित माल ढुलाई गलियारे (WDFC) का केंद्र बिंदु है, जो पाँच राज्यों में 1,506 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय करता है। साबरमती OCC में एशिया की सबसे बड़ी रीयल-टाइम निगरानी वीडियो वॉल है और यह उन्नत सुरक्षा सुविधाओं जैसे AI-रेडी सिस्टम, स्वचालित अलार्म और आपदा प्रबंधन सुविधाओं से सुसज्जित है।

 3. India has secured exclusive rights to explore for polymetallic sulfides (PMS) in the Carlsberg Ridge of the Indian Ocean through a 15-year contract with the International Seabed Authority (ISA). India has become the first country in the world to have two PMS exploration contracts, covering rights in both the Central Indian Ridge and the Southwest Indian Ridge.  4. The India International Rice Conference 2025 (BIRC 2025) will be held from October 30-31, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The event is being organized by IREF in collaboration with APEDA, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. India is the largest producer and exporter of rice globally, including Basmati rice, known for its high quality and competitive pricing.

भारत अंतर्राष्ट्रीय चावल सम्मेलन 2025 (BIRC 2025) 30 से 31 अक्टूबर, 2025 तक भारत मंडपम, प्रगति मैदान, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित किया जाएगा। यह आयोजन वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत APEDA के सहयोग से IREF द्वारा आयोजित किया जा रहा है। भारत विश्व स्तर पर चावल का सबसे बड़ा उत्पादक और निर्यातक है, जिसमें बासमती चावल भी शामिल है, जो अपनी उच्च गुणवत्ता और प्रतिस्पर्धी मूल्य निर्धारण के लिए जाना जाता है।

 5. Prime Minister Modi dedicated Dhordo as a "Solar Village" during the 'Sea to Prosperity' programme in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Dhordo has become the fourth solar-powered village in Gujarat after Modhera, Sukhi and Masali. Dhordo, located in Kutch, Gujarat, has been awarded the 'Best Tourism Village' status by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar: Free Electricity Scheme, electricity connection to every household in Dhordo.

 6. CAG's decadal analysis shows that the combined public debt of India's states has increased sharply, from ₹17.57 lakh crore in 2013-14 to ₹59.60 lakh crore in 2022-23. As a share of GSDP, debt increased from 16.66% (2013-14) to 22.96% (2022-23). ​​Punjab (40.35%), Nagaland (37.15%), and West Bengal (33.70%) recorded the highest debt-to-GSDP ratios.

CAG के दशकीय विश्लेषण से पता चलता है कि भारत के राज्यों का संयुक्त सार्वजनिक ऋण तीव्रता से बढ़ा है, जो 2013-14 में ₹17.57 लाख करोड़ से बढ़कर 2022-23 में ₹59.60 लाख करोड़ हो गया है। GSDP के हिस्से के रूप में, ऋण 16.66% (2013-14) से बढ़कर 22.96% (2022-23) हो गया। पंजाब (40.35%), नागालैंड (37.15%), और पश्चिम बंगाल (33.70%) में सर्वाधिक ऋण-से-GSDP अनुपात दर्ज किया गया।

 7.  The 51st Foundation Day of the Central Pollution Control Board was celebrated in New Delhi.The Environment Minister laid the foundation stone of the new building of the CPCB. Additionally, two new laboratories were inaugurated at the CPCB Regional Directorates in Pune and Shillong. The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) of India is a statutory organization under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC). It was established in 1974 under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.

नई  दिल्ली में केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड का  51वें स्थापना दिवस मनाया गया। पर्यावरण मंत्री  ने सीपीसीबी के नए भवन की आधारशिला रखी। इसके अतिरिक्त, पुणे और शिलांग स्थित सीपीसीबी के क्षेत्रीय निदेशालयों में दो नई प्रयोगशालाओं का उद्घाटन किया गया। भारत का केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड ( सीपीसीबी ) पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय (एमओईएफसीसी) के तहत एक वैधानिक संगठन है। इसकी स्थापना 1974 में जल (प्रदूषण की रोकथाम और नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1974 के तहत की गई थी।

 8. The National Conference on e-Governance (NCEG) concluded its 28th edition on September 22-23, 2025, in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It was themed "Developing India: Civil Services and Digital Transformation." The forum will provide opportunities for participants from ministries, state governments, academia, and industry to connect, network, and contribute to India's digital governance roadmap. National Conference on e-Governance (NCeG) has been organized annually by the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) since 1997.

ई-गवर्नेंस पर राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन (एनसीईजी) का 28वाँ संस्करण 22-23 सितंबर, 2025 को विशाखापत्तनम, आंध्र प्रदेश में संपन्न हुआ। इसका विषय था "विकासशील भारत: सिविल सेवाएँ और डिजिटल परिवर्तन"। यह मंच मंत्रालयों, राज्य सरकारों, शिक्षा जगत और उद्योग जगत के प्रतिभागियों को भारत के डिजिटल गवर्नेंस रोडमैप में जुड़ने, नेटवर्क बनाने और योगदान देने के अवसर प्रदान करेगा। प्रशासनिक सुधार एवं लोक शिकायत विभाग (डीएआरपीजी) द्वारा 1997 से प्रतिवर्ष ई-गवर्नेंस पर राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन (एनसीईजी) का आयोजन किया जाता रहा है।

 9. Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh are "sick", a term coined by demographer Ashish Bose in the 1980s to describe the then poor economic and demographic conditions of these states compared to the rest of India. In the first-of-its-kind decadal study on state finances, the Comptroller and Auditor General has found that 16 states in India recorded revenue surpluses in the financial year 2023. Topping the list is Uttar Pradesh, with a surplus of Rs 37,000 crore, followed by Madhya Pradesh, which was once considered economically weak.

बिहार, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान और उत्तर प्रदेश"बीमार", जिसे 1980 के दशक में जनसांख्यिकीविद् आशीष बोस ने शेष भारत की तुलना में इन राज्यों की तत्कालीन खराब आर्थिक और जनसांख्यिकीय स्थितियों का वर्णन करने के लिए गढ़ा था ।राज्यों के वित्त पर अपनी तरह के पहले दशकीय अध्ययन में, नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक  ने पाया है कि भारत के 16 राज्यों ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2023 में राजस्व अधिशेष दर्ज किया है। इस सूची में सबसे ऊपर उत्तर प्रदेश है , जिसका अधिशेष 37,000 करोड़ रुपये है, इसके बाद मध्य प्रदेश है, जिसे कभी आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर माना जाता था।

 10.  Former Delhi captain Mithun Manhas will be the new president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The post has been vacant since Roger Binny stepped down in August. A formal announcement will be made at the board's AGM on September 28. BCCI vice-president Rajeev Shukla has been holding the position on an interim basis since then. He will be the first person from Jammu and Kashmir to become BCCI president.

दिल्ली के पूर्व कप्तान मिथुन मन्हास भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (बीसीसीआई) के नए अध्यक्ष होंगे। अगस्त में रोजर बिन्नी के पद छोड़ने के बाद से यह पद रिक्त था। 28 सितंबर को होने वाली बोर्ड की एजीएम में इसका औपचारिक एलान हो जाएगा।बीसीसीआई उपाध्यक्ष राजीव शुक्ला तब से अंतरिम रूप से इस पद पर कार्यरत थे।यह जम्मू एवं कश्मीर से बीसीसीआई अध्यक्ष बनने वाले पहले शख्स होंगे।
