1 Seven properties in the country, including the Tirumala Hills natural heritage and the Bheemili red sand dunes in Visakhapatnam, have been included in the tentative list prepared by UNESCO for World Heritage recognition. The other heritages include the Deccan Traps in Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar areas of Maharashtra, St. Mary's Island geological heritage in Udupi, Karnataka, Meghalayan era caves in Meghalaya (East Khasi Hills), Naga Hill Ophiolite in Nagaland and Varkala natural heritage in Kerala.

 2   New anti-submarine warship joins Indian Navy fleet  ‘Andrott’ is the second of the eight shallow water anti-submarine warfare warships (ASW-SWC) built by Kolkata-based Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE). The ‘ASW-SWC’ ships are being inducted to strengthen the anti-submarine and coastal surveillance capabilities of the Indian Navy. The name ‘Andrott’ has strategic and symbolic significance as it is derived from the ‘Andrott’ island of the Lakshadweep archipelago

भारतीय नौसेना के बेड़े में शामिल हुआ नया पनडुब्बी-रोधी युद्धपोत ‘आन्द्रोत’ उथले जल में संचालित आठ पनडुब्बी रोधी युद्धपोतों (एएसडब्ल्यू-एसडब्ल्यूसी) में से दूसरा युद्धपोत है, जिसका निर्माण कोलकाता के ‘गार्डन रीच शिपबिल्डर्स एंड इंजीनियर्स’ (जीआरएसई) द्वारा किया गया है। भारतीय नौसेना की पनडुब्बी-रोधी और तटीय निगरानी क्षमताओं को मजबूती प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से ‘एएसडब्ल्यू-एसडब्ल्यूसी’ जहाजों को शामिल किया जा रहा है। आन्द्रोत’ नाम का रणनीतिक और प्रतीकात्मक महत्व है क्योंकि यह लक्षद्वीप द्वीपसमूह के ‘आन्द्रोत’ द्वीप से लिया गया है।

 3. The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare is organizing the ‘National Agriculture Conference – Rabi Abhiyan 2025’ on 15th and 16th September 2025 in New Delhi. This two-day conference will provide a common platform to agricultural experts, scientists, policy makers and senior representatives of state governments from across the country, where preparations, production targets and strategies for Rabi season 2025-26 will be discussed in detail. This important conference will be chaired by Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय द्वारा ‘राष्ट्रीय कृषि सम्मेलन – रबी अभियान 2025’ का आयोजन 15 और 16 सितंबर 2025 को नई दिल्ली में किया जा रहा है। यह दो दिवसीय सम्मेलन देश भर के कृषि विशेषज्ञों, वैज्ञानिकों, नीति निर्धारकों और राज्य सरकारों के वरिष्ठ प्रतिनिधियों को एक साझा मंच प्रदान करेगा, जहां रबी सीजन 2025-26 की तैयारियों, उत्पादन लक्ष्यों और रणनीतियों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की जाएगी। इस महत्वपूर्ण सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता केंद्रीय कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान करेंगे।

 4. India finished fifth overall at the ISSF World Cup 2025 (Rifle/Pistol) held in Ningbo, China. Esha Singh won gold in women's 10m air pistol. Meghna Sajjanar won her first World Cup medal with a bronze in women's 10m air rifle. China topped the table with 41 medals (16 gold, 11 silver, 14 bronze). The USA (19), Norway (9) and Italy (12) completed the top five countries in the table.

चीन के निंग्बो में आयोजित ISSF विश्व कप 2025 (राइफल/पिस्टल) में भारत कुल मिलाकर पाँचवें स्थान पर रहा। ईशा सिंह ने महिलाओं की 10 मीटर एयर पिस्टल में स्वर्ण पदक जीता। मेघना सज्जनार ने महिलाओं की 10 मीटर एयर राइफल में कांस्य पदक के साथ अपना पहला विश्व कप पदक जीता। चीन 41 पदकों (16 स्वर्ण, 11 रजत, 14 कांस्य) के साथ तालिका में शीर्ष पर रहा। अमेरिका (19), नॉर्वे (9) और इटली (12) तालिका में शीर्ष पाँच देशों में शामिल रहे।

 5. Indian Navy's latest diving support vessel INS Nistar is going to join the military exercise in the South China Sea. INS Nistar has reached Singapore's Changi Naval Base as part of its first foreign visit. This marine ship is indigenously designed and built. This Indian naval ship present at Singapore's Changi Naval Base will now participate in the multinational military exercise 'Pacific Reach 2025 (XPR-25)' here.

भारतीय नौसेना का नवीनतम डाइविंग सपोर्ट वेसल आईएनएस निस्तार साउथ चाइना सी में होने वाले सैन्य अभ्यास में शामिल होने जा रहा है। आईएनएस निस्तार अपनी पहली विदेशी यात्रा के तहत सिंगापुर के चांगी नेवल बेस पर पहुंच चुका है।यह समुद्री जहाज स्वदेशी रूप से डिजाइन और निर्मित है। सिंगापुर के चांगी नेवल बेस पर मौजूद यह भारतीय नौसेनिक पोत अब यहां बहुराष्ट्रीय सैन्य अभ्यास ‘पैसिफिक रीच 2025 (एक्सपीआर-25)’ में हिस्सा लेगा।

 6. Kerala is going to host the World Teak Conference for the first time. This prestigious international conference will be held in Kochi from 17 to 20 September. This event, being held for the first time in India, will serve as a platform for important discussions on global teak trade and sustainable forestry. The theme of the conference is - “Sustainable development of the global teak sector - in tune with future markets and environment”. The conference is being organized jointly by Kerala Forest Research Institute (KFRI), Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), TEAKNET and International Tropical Timber Organization (ITTO), Japan.

केरल पहली बार विश्व सागौन सम्मेलन की मेज़बानी करने जा रहा है। यह प्रतिष्ठित अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन 17 से 20 सितम्बर तक कोच्चि में आयोजित होगा। भारत में पहली बार हो रहा यह आयोजन वैश्विक सागौन व्यापार और टिकाऊ वानिकी पर अहम चर्चा का मंच बनेगा। सम्मेलन का विषय है – “वैश्विक सागौन क्षेत्र का सतत विकास – भविष्य के बाज़ार और पर्यावरण के अनुरूप”। सम्मेलन का आयोजन केरल फ़ॉरेस्ट रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट (KFRI), पर्यावरण, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय (MoEF&CC), TEAKNET और इंटरनेशनल ट्रॉपिकल टिम्बर ऑर्गनाइजेशन (ITTO), जापान मिलकर कर रहे हैं।

 7.  The Indian Navy has commissioned the first Tata-built Lanza-N 3D air surveillance radar. The radar is the naval version of Spanish company Indra's Lanza 3D system, built and integrated in India by Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) under a US$145 million deal signed in 2020. This is a historic achievement towards self-reliance and indigenisation in the defence sector.

भारतीय नौसेना ने पहला टाटा निर्मित लांजा-एन (Lanza-N) 3D एयर सर्विलांस रडार को कमीशन किया है। यह रडार स्पेन की कंपनी इंद्रा (Indra) के लांजा 3डी सिस्टम का नौसैनिक संस्करण है, जिसे टाटा एडवांस्ड सिस्टम्स लिमिटेड (TASL) ने 2020 में हुई 145 मिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर की डील के तहत भारत में बनाया और एकीकृत किया। यह रक्षा क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भरता और स्वदेशीकरण की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि है।

 8. A two-day national conference of the 'National Conference of the Committee on Women Parliament and State and Union Territory Legislatures' was organized in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh with the slogan 'Women Leadership for Developed India'. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh and Andhra Pradesh Governor Justice Abdul Nazir attended the conference as chief guests at the conference held at Rahul Convention Centre in Tirupati.

आंध्र प्रदेश के तिरुपति में ‘विकसित भारत के लिए महिला नेतृत्व’ के नारे के साथ ‘नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस ऑफ द कमेटी ऑन वूमेन पार्लियामेंट एंड स्टेट एंड यूनियन टेरीटरी लेजिस्लेचर्स’ के दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया गया. तिरुपति स्थित राहुल कन्वेंशन में आयोजित सम्मेलन में लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला, राज्यसभा के उपसभापति हरिवंश नारायण सिंह और आंध्र प्रदेश के राज्यपाल न्यायमूर्ति अब्दुल नज़ीर ने सम्मेलन में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में भाग लिया.

 9. Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the Fifth All India Official Language Conference at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Speaking further about the digital "Hindi Shabd Sindhu" which started with 51,000 words and has now crossed 7 lakh words, he said it is set to become the "largest dictionary of all languages ​​in the world" by 2029.The conference promotes pan-India linguistic dialogue, which is vital to enhance national integration through inclusive language policies that respect India's multilingual character.

केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने गुजरात के गांधीनगर स्थित महात्मा मंदिर में पाँचवें अखिल भारतीय राजभाषा सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन किया। डिजिटल "हिंदी शब्द सिंधु" के बारे में आगे बोलते हुए, जो 51,000 शब्दों से शुरू हुआ था और अब 7 लाख शब्दों को पार कर गया है, उन्होंने कहा कि यह 2029 तक "दुनिया की सभी भाषाओं में सबसे बड़ा शब्दकोष" बनने के लिए तैयार है।यह सम्मेलन अखिल भारतीय भाषायी संवाद को बढ़ावा देता है, जो भारत के बहुभाषी चरित्र का सम्मान करने वाली समावेशी भाषा नीतियों के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय एकीकरण को बढ़ाने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।

 10.  The International Day of Democracy is observed every year on 15 September globally. This International Day of Democracy provides an opportunity to review the state of democracy in the world. The 18th International Day of Democracy was observed on 2025, with the theme “From voice to action”. The day was proclaimed in 2007 by the United Nations General Assembly through a resolution to strengthen national programmes dedicated to the promotion and consolidation of democracy. The day was celebrated for the first time in 2008.

विश्व स्तर पर हर साल 15 सितंबर को लोकतंत्र का अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस मनाया जाता है। लोकतंत्र का यह अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस दुनिया में लोकतंत्र की स्थिति की समीक्षा करने का अवसर देता है। 2025 को 18वां अंतर्राष्ट्रीय लोकतंत्र दिवस मनाया गया , जिसका विषय था  "आवाज से कार्रवाई तक"। इस दिवस को 2007 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा द्वारा लोकतंत्र के प्रचार और समेकन के लिए समर्पित राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रमों को मजबूत करने के लिए एक प्रस्ताव के माध्यम से घोषित किया गया था। 2008 में पहली बार दिन मनाया गया था।
