1 ISRO signed its 100th technology transfer agreement, allowing Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) to independently build Small Satellite Launch Vehicles (SSLVs). The agreement, signed with NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), In-Space and HAL, is for a period of 24 months and includes training and assistance in SSLV production. Under the agreement, two SSLV missions will be executed during the period of the agreement.

 2   The International Cricket Council (ICC) has launched the 'Will to Win' campaign, highlighting determination, sacrifice and resilience in women's cricket. The 13th edition of the Women's World Cup will begin with the first match of India vs Sri Lanka in Guwahati. This edition marks the return of the Women's World Cup to India after 2013. The tournament is being jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka.  3. The Reserve Bank of India is likely to allow lenders to remotely lock mobile phones of defaulting borrowers. The move is aimed at reducing bad assets but has also raised concerns over consumer rights. The Reserve Bank of India is expected to update its fair conduct code, introducing guidelines on phone locking arrangements, as well as making prior consent and data protection mandatory.

भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक संभवतः ऋणदाताओं को ऋण न चुकाने वाले उधारकर्ताओं के मोबाइल फ़ोन को रिमोटली लॉक करने की अनुमति देने की योजना बना रहा है। इस कदम का उद्देश्य खराब परिसंपत्तियों को कम करना है, लेकिन इससे उपभोक्ता अधिकारों को लेकर चिंताएँ भी बढ़ रही हैं। भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक द्वारा अपनी निष्पक्ष आचरण संहिता को अद्यतन करने की उम्मीद है, जिसमें फ़ोन लॉक करने की व्यवस्था पर दिशानिर्देश पेश किए जाएँगे, साथ ही पूर्व सहमति और डेटा सुरक्षा को अनिवार्य बनाया जाएगा।

 4. The Indian Army introduced Sambhav (Secure Army Mobile India Edition) to replace platforms like WhatsApp for secure communication during Operation Sindoor. Sambhav is a 5G-based, indigenously developed communication platform under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative, launched in January 2024. Its key features include multi-level encryption, 5G-ready handsets, and network-agnostic functionality

 5. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated India's first overseas Atal Innovation Centre (AIC) at the IIT Delhi-Abu Dhabi campus during his official visit to the UAE. The initiative expands the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), deepens India's global education presence and promotes collaboration between Indian and Emirati institutions. This is the first Atal Incubation Centre established at an Indian university abroad.

केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने UAE की अपनी आधिकारिक यात्रा के दौरान IIT दिल्ली-अबू धाबी परिसर में भारत के पहले विदेशी अटल इनोवेशन सेंटर (AIC) का उद्घाटन किया। यह पहल अटल इनोवेशन मिशन (AIM) का विस्तार करती है, भारत की वैश्विक शिक्षा उपस्थिति को गहरा करती है और भारतीय और अमीराती संस्थानों के बीच सहयोग को बढ़ावा देती है। यह विदेश में किसी भारतीय विश्वविद्यालय में स्थापित पहला अटल इनक्यूबेशन सेंटर है।

 6. Minister of State for Tribal Affairs, Durgadas Uikey today launched Aadi Sanskruti, the world's first digital tribal university, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Highlighting the features of the university, Shri Uikey said Aadi Sanskruti is a digital academy and e-learning platform that will provide an online marketplace of tribal art, culture, crafts and knowledge systems for national and global audiences. It will create new opportunities for cultural preservation and livelihood generation, he said.

जनजातीय कार्य राज्य मंत्री दुर्गादास उइके ने आज नई दिल्ली स्थित भारत मंडपम में दुनिया के पहले डिजिटल जनजातीय विश्वविद्यालय, आदि संस्कृति का शुभारंभ किया। विश्वविद्यालय की विशेषताओं पर प्रकाश डालते हुए, श्री उइके ने कहा कि आदि संस्कृति एक डिजिटल अकादमी और ई-लर्निंग प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है जो राष्ट्रीय और वैश्विक दर्शकों के लिए आदिवासी कला, संस्कृति, शिल्प और ज्ञान प्रणालियों का एक ऑनलाइन बाज़ार उपलब्ध कराएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सांस्कृतिक संरक्षण और आजीविका सृजन के नए अवसर पैदा करेगा।

 7.  The Tiwa tribe of Assam celebrated their traditional Lankhong Puja, a socio-religious festival aimed at seeking blessings for the prosperity of the Rabi crop. The Tiwa tribe (earlier known as Lalung) is a Mongoloid ethnic group, closely related to the Bodo-Naga tribes and mainly inhabits parts of Assam, Meghalaya and Tripura.

 8. In a significant move towards strengthening India's maritime security, the Indian Navy will launch INS Aravali in Gurugram. INS Aravali, named after the Aravalli mountain range, is designed to strengthen the Navy's information and communication infrastructure, the Defence Ministry said in a statement. The base will support multiple information and communication centres critical to India's command, control and maritime domain awareness (MDA) framework

भारत की समुद्री सुरक्षा को मज़बूत करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाते हुए, भारतीय नौसेना गुरुग्राम में आईएनएस अरावली का जलावतरण करेगी। रक्षा मंत्रालय ने एक बयान में कहा कि अरावली पर्वत श्रृंखला के नाम पर रखा गया आईएनएस अरावली, नौसेना के सूचना और संचार बुनियादी ढाँचे को मज़बूत करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। यह बेस भारत के कमांड, नियंत्रण और समुद्री डोमेन जागरूकता (एमडीए) ढांचे के लिए महत्वपूर्ण कई सूचना और संचार केंद्रों को सहायता प्रदान करेगा।

 9. Digvijay Diwas is celebrated on September 11 to commemorate the historic speech delivered by Swami Vivekananda at the World's Parliament of Religions in Chicago in 1893. Vivekananda's speech began with the iconic words 'Sisters and Brothers of America' which drew a standing ovation and introduced the world to India's spiritual and cultural heritage.

 10.  Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar inaugurated the Regional Testing Laboratory (RTL) of Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) in Nashik. The lab will serve Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, reducing the time taken for testing and certification. It is part of a larger effort to expand India's national testing infrastructure and support the power industry of the western region.
