1. 34 Indian students are participating in the Sakura Science
Program 2025 held in Japan. Japan-Asia Youth Science Exchange Program is an
initiative by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) for youth exchange.
Launched by Japan in 2014, India joined in 2016. Countries participating:
India, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia and other Asian
countries.

Home Minister Amit Shah introduced three Bills in the Lok Sabha, including the
Constitution (One Hundred and Thirty-fifth Amendment) Bill, 2025, which
proposes automatic removal of elected officials - the Prime Minister, Chief
Ministers and Union Ministers - if they are arrested and detained for 30
consecutive days on serious criminal charges. The Bill was referred to the
Joint Parliamentary Committee after a voice vote along with the Union Territory
Government (Amendment) Bill, 2025 and the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation
(Amendment) Bill, 2025.
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने लोकसभा में तीन विधेयक पेश
किए, जिनमें संविधान (एक सौ तीसवां संशोधन) विधेयक,
2025 भी शामिल

3. India has successfully test fired medium-range ballistic missile
'Agni 5' from Integrated Test Range at Chandipur in Odisha. Agni-5 is India's
most powerful medium-range ballistic missile. This missile is capable of
carrying nuclear bombs and has a range of about 5000 km. Agni-5 covers almost
half of the world including Pakistan and China. Agni-5 missile has been
manufactured by Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO).
भारत ने ओडिशा के चांदीपुर स्थित एकीकृत परीक्षण रेंज से
मध्यम दूरी की बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल ' अग्नि 5 ' का सफल परीक्षण किया है ।अग्नि-5 भारत की सबसे ताकतवर मध्यम

4. The
Stand-Up India scheme, launched in April 2016 to promote entrepreneurship among
Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and women, has achieved a
significant milestone. As per information presented in Parliament by Minister
of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary, as of August 2025, banks have sanctioned
loans worth ₹62,791 crore to 2,75,291 beneficiaries.Eligibility: At least one
SC/ST borrower and one female borrower from each branch of scheduled commercial
banks.

6. In a landmark move to regulate India's
rapidly growing digital gaming sector, the Union Cabinet chaired by Prime
Minister Narendra Modi has approved the Online Gaming Bill, 2025. The proposed
law aims to promote e-sports and social online gaming, while making online
betting and money gaming a punishable offence.

7. The Indian Institutes of Management (Amendment) Bill, 2025 was
passed in the Lok Sabha. The Bill amends the Indian Institutes of Management
Act, 2017. The Bill aims to establish the Indian Institute of Management (IIM)
in Guwahati, Assam. The establishment of IIM Guwahati was a long-standing
demand of the region. A financial grant of ₹550 crore has been allocated for
IIM Guwahati.

8. Indian Oil Corporation will start producing sustainable
aviation fuel (SAF) with a 35,000 tonne annual capacity at its Panipat refinery
in December. The production is aimed at meeting India's international airline
SAF blending requirements by 2027, using used edible oil as feedstock. The
company has received ISCC CORSIA certification.

ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन दिसंबर में अपनी पानीपत रिफाइनरी में 35,000 टन वार्षिक क्षमता के साथ सतत विमानन ईंधन (SAF) का उत्पादन शुरू

9. Preparations are underway to host the biggest ever para-sport
event in India, with 104 countries confirmed to participate, with more than
2,500 para-athletes and support staff. The championship will be held from 27
September to 5 October 2025 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi. The
event reflects human spirit and determination.

10. Press Seva Portal was launched by the Press Registrar General
of India (PRGI) to simplify the process of registration of newspapers and
magazines. The initiative aims to enhance transparency, speed up approvals and
ease of doing business for publishers. Publishers' doubts were addressed and
guidance was provided in an interactive session organised by PIB Hyderabad.
