1. To strengthen the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS), ISRO will launch three more navigation satellites, NVS-03, NVS-04 and NVS-05, by 2026. Launched by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), NavIC is India's autonomous regional navigation satellite system, designed to meet both civilian and military navigational requirements. NavIC was earlier known as IRNSS.

भारतीय क्षेत्रीय नौवहन उपग्रह प्रणाली (IRNSS) को मज़बूत करने के लिए ISRO 2026 तक तीन और नौवहन उपग्रह, NVS-03, NVS-04 और NVS-05, प्रक्षेपित करेगा। भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (ISRO) द्वारा स्थापित, नाविक भारत की स्वायत्त क्षेत्रीय नौवहन उपग्रह प्रणाली है, जिसे नागरिक और सैन्य दोनों नौवहन आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। नाविक को पहले IRNSS के नाम से जाना जाता था।

 2   The World Health Organization (WHO) has launched a global initiative called 'Global SPECS 2030'. Goal: To ensure affordable eye care services for all by 2030. It is a network of stakeholders working through coordinated advocacy and united action. The initiative supports WHO's public health goals focused on refractive error (e.g. nearsightedness, farsightedness).

विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) ने 'ग्लोबल SPECS 2030' नामक एक वैश्विक पहल शुरू की है। लक्ष्य: 2030 तक सभी के लिए किफायती नेत्र देखभाल सेवाएँ सुनिश्चित करना। यह समन्वित वकालत और एकजुट कार्रवाई के माध्यम से काम करने वाले हितधारकों का एक नेटवर्क है। यह पहल अपवर्तक त्रुटि (जैसे निकट दृष्टि, दूर दृष्टि) पर केंद्रित WHO के सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य लक्ष्यों का समर्थन करती है।

 3. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced the formation of Bihar State Safai Karamchari Commission. This move has fulfilled the long-standing demand of Safai Karamchari Unions. Objective: To protect the rights and interests of Safai Karamcharis in Bihar. The Social Welfare Department has been directed to start the process of its establishment.

 

बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने बिहार राज्य सफाई कर्मचारी आयोग के गठन की घोषणा की है। इस कदम से सफाई कर्मचारी संघों की लंबे समय से चली आ रही मांग पूरी हो गई है। उद्देश्य: बिहार में सफाई कर्मचारियों के अधिकारों और हितों की रक्षा करना। समाज कल्याण विभाग को इसकी स्थापना प्रक्रिया शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

 4. Army Hospital Research and Referral (AHRR), New Delhi organised the first ever Armed Forces National Conference - SHAPE 2025. SHAPE 2025 stands for: Sustainable Hospital Architecture, Planning, Infrastructure, and Equipment. Objective: To move beyond traditional blueprint-based hospital planning to a sustainable, technology-driven model.

आर्मी हॉस्पिटल रिसर्च एंड रेफरल (AHRR), नई दिल्ली ने पहली बार सशस्त्र बल राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन - SHAPE 2025 का आयोजन किया। SHAPE 2025 का अर्थ है: सस्टेनेबल हॉस्पिटल आर्किटेक्चर, प्लानिंग, इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर, एंड इक्विपमेंट। उद्देश्य: पारंपरिक ब्लूप्रिंट-आधारित अस्पताल नियोजन से आगे बढ़कर टिकाऊ, तकनीक-संचालित मॉडल अपनाना।

 5. Operation Mahadev: Joint counter-terrorism operation by Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police in Srinagar. Three Pakistani terrorists were killed in Dachigam area near Mount Mahadev in Srinagar. These included top Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Suleman Shah alias Musa Fauji. He was the mastermind and executor of the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 civilians were killed.

ऑपरेशन महादेव: श्रीनगर में भारतीय सेना और जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस द्वारा संयुक्त आतंकवाद-रोधी अभियान। श्रीनगर के माउंट महादेव के पास दाचीगाम क्षेत्र में तीन पाकिस्तानी आतंकवादी मारे गए। इनमें लश्कर-ए-तैयबा का शीर्ष कमांडर सुलेमान शाह उर्फ मूसा फौजी भी शामिल था। वह पहलगाम आतंकी हमले का मास्टरमाइंड और उसे अंजाम देने वाला था, जिसमें 26 नागरिक मारे गए थे।

 6. Lok Sabha Secretary General Utpal Kumar Singh is going to be the new CEO of Sansad TV. Utpal Kumar Singh is 65 years old and a native of Bihar. Sansad TV was formed by merging Lok Sabha TV and Rajya Sabha TV. Sansad TV plays an important role in live broadcasting of parliamentary proceedings and promoting transparency and public awareness.

लोकसभा महासचिव उत्पल कुमार सिंह संसद टीवी के नए सीईओ होंगे। उत्पल कुमार सिंह 65 वर्ष के हैं और बिहार के मूल निवासी हैं। संसद टीवी का गठन लोकसभा टीवी और राज्यसभा टीवी को मिलाकर किया गया था। संसद टीवी संसदीय कार्यवाही के सीधे प्रसारण और पारदर्शिता एवं जन जागरूकता को बढ़ावा देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।

 7. National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) launched Veer Parivar Sahayata Yojana 2025. Objective: To strengthen legal aid services for defence personnel and their families. Three pillars of the scheme - a dedicated network of legal service clinics at district, state and central Sainik boards; trained nodal officers, legal aid counsellors and PLVs (including ex-servicemen).

राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण (NALSA) ने वीर परिवार सहायता योजना 2025 का शुभारंभ किया। उद्देश्य: रक्षा कर्मियों और उनके परिवारों के लिए कानूनी सहायता सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ बनाना। योजना के तीन स्तंभ - जिला, राज्य और केंद्रीय सैनिक बोर्डों में कानूनी सेवा क्लीनिकों का एक समर्पित नेटवर्क; प्रशिक्षित नोडल अधिकारी, कानूनी सहायता परामर्शदाता और PLVs (पूर्व सैनिकों सहित)।

 8. In a historic moment for Indian chess, 19-year-old Divya Deshmukh etched her name in the record books by winning the FIDE Women's World Cup 2025. Pitted against the experienced Koneru Humpy in an all-India final in Baku, Divya won the title 1.5-0.5 in the rapid tie-break, becoming the first Indian woman to win the coveted crown.

भारतीय शतरंज के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक क्षण में, 19 वर्षीय दिव्या देशमुख ने FIDE महिला विश्व कप 2025 जीतकर रिकॉर्ड बुक में अपना नाम दर्ज करा लिया। बाकू में अखिल भारतीय फाइनल में अनुभवी कोनेरू हम्पी के खिलाफ मुकाबला करते हुए, दिव्या ने रैपिड टाई-ब्रेक में 1.5-0.5 से खिताब जीता, और वह प्रतिष्ठित ताज जीतने वाली पहली भारतीय महिला बन गईं।

 9. The 15th meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties (COP15) to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands was held in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, from 23 to 31 July 2025. The summit highlighted urgent action to protect these vital ecosystems, which have declined by 35 percent since 1970 and pose serious ecological and economic risks.

आर्द्रभूमि पर रामसर कन्वेंशन के अनुबंधकारी पक्षों के सम्मेलन (COP15) की 15वीं बैठक 23 से 31 जुलाई 2025 तक ज़िम्बाब्वे के विक्टोरिया फॉल्स में आयोजित हुई। इस शिखर सम्मेलन में इन महत्वपूर्ण पारिस्थितिक तंत्रों की रक्षा के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई पर प्रकाश डाला गया, जिनमें 1970 के बाद से 35 प्रतिशत की गिरावट आई है और जो गंभीर पारिस्थितिक और आर्थिक जोखिम पैदा कर रहे हैं।

  10. Defending champions England continued their dominance in European women's football by winning the Euro 2025 title. They achieved the distinction of becoming Euro champions for the second time in a row. It was the 14th edition of the UEFA Women's Championship, the quadrennial international football championship organised by UEFA for the women's national teams of Europe.

गत विजेता इंग्लैंड ने यूरो 2025 का खिताब जीतकर यूरोपीय महिला फुटबॉल में अपना दबदबा कायम रखा। उन्होंने लगातार दूसरी बार यूरो चैंपियन बनने का गौरव हासिल किया। यह यूईएफए महिला चैंपियनशिप का 14वाँ संस्करण था, जो यूरोप की महिला राष्ट्रीय टीमों के लिए यूईएफए द्वारा आयोजित चार साल में एक बार आयोजित होने वाली अंतरराष्ट्रीय फुटबॉल चैंपियनशिप है।
