1. The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has approved a 1% stamp duty exemption on property worth up to Rs 1 crore if it is purchased in the name of a woman. Earlier, only properties worth up to ₹10 lakh were eligible for stamp duty exemption, and the maximum discount was ₹10,000. It aims to increase women's ownership, financial empowerment and social respect.

उत्तर प्रदेश मंत्रिमंडल ने एक करोड़ रुपये तक की संपत्ति पर, अगर वह महिला के नाम पर खरीदी जाती है, स्टाम्प शुल्क में 1% की छूट को मंज़ूरी दे दी है। इससे पहले, केवल ₹10 लाख तक की संपत्तियाँ ही स्टाम्प शुल्क में छूट के पात्र थीं, और अधिकतम ₹10,000 की छूट मिलती थी। इसका उद्देश्य महिलाओं के स्वामित्व, वित्तीय सशक्तिकरण और सामाजिक सम्मान को बढ़ाना है।

 2   The Financial Inclusion Index (FI Index) for FY 2025 stands at 67%, up from 64.2% in FY 2024. It was released by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) through an official press release. The first RBI index was published in August 2021 for the financial year ending March 2021. This composite index includes data related to banking, insurance, investments, postal services, and pensions.

वित्त वर्ष 2025 के लिए वित्तीय समावेशन सूचकांक (FI इंडेक्स) 67% पर है, जो वित्त वर्ष 2024 में 64.2% था। इसे भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक (RBI) द्वारा एक आधिकारिक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति के माध्यम से जारी किया गया। पहला RBI इंडेक्स मार्च 2021 को समाप्त होने वाले वित्त वर्ष के लिए अगस्त 2021 में प्रकाशित किया गया था। इस समग्र सूचकांक में बैंकिंग, बीमा, निवेश, डाक सेवाएँ और पेंशन से संबंधित आँकड़े शामिल हैं।

 3. The Indian Navy achieved a significant milestone with the launch of Yard 3034 Ajay, the eighth and final ship of the anti-submarine warfare Shallow Water Craft (ASW SWC) series. Indigenously built by Kolkata-based Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE), the launch reinforces India's efforts towards self-reliance in defence shipbuilding under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative

भारतीय नौसेना ने पनडुब्बी रोधी युद्ध क्षमता वाले शैलो वाटर क्राफ्ट (ASW SWC) श्रृंखला के आठवें और अंतिम जहाज, यार्ड 3034 अजय के जलावतरण के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि हासिल की। कोलकाता स्थित गार्डन रीच शिपबिल्डर्स एंड इंजीनियर्स (GRSE) द्वारा स्वदेशी रूप से निर्मित, यह जलावतरण आत्मनिर्भर भारत पहल के तहत रक्षा जहाज निर्माण में आत्मनिर्भरता के लिए भारत के प्रयासों को पुष्ट करता है।

 4. The Election Commission of India on Tuesday announced that it has begun the process for holding election to the post of Vice President of India. "The Election Commission of India is empowered under Article 324 to hold election to the office of Vice President of India. Election to the office of Vice President of India is governed by the Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections Act, 1952 and the rules made thereunder, namely, the Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections Rules, 1974," the commission said.

भारतीय चुनाव आयोग ने को घोषणा की कि उसने भारत के उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए चुनाव कराने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। आयोग ने कहा, "भारत के चुनाव आयोग को अनुच्छेद 324 के तहत भारत के उपराष्ट्रपति के पद के लिए चुनाव कराने का अधिकार है। भारत के उपराष्ट्रपति के पद के लिए चुनाव राष्ट्रपति एवं उपराष्ट्रपति चुनाव अधिनियम, 1952 और उसके तहत बनाए गए नियमों, अर्थात् राष्ट्रपति एवं उपराष्ट्रपति चुनाव नियम, 1974 द्वारा शासित होता है।"

 5. India NCX 2025 (National Cyber Security Exercise) was officially inaugurated. Organised by the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) in collaboration with the National Defence University (RRU). The exercise focuses on cyber security and incident response. It aims to strengthen India's cyber security posture.

भारत NCX 2025 (राष्ट्रीय साइबर सुरक्षा अभ्यास) का आधिकारिक उद्घाटन किया गया। राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा परिषद सचिवालय (NSCS) द्वारा राष्ट्रीय रक्षा विश्वविद्यालय (RRU) के सहयोग से आयोजित। यह अभ्यास साइबर सुरक्षा और घटना प्रतिक्रिया पर केंद्रित है। इसका लक्ष्य भारत की साइबर सुरक्षा स्थिति को मजबूत करना है।

 6. Under President Donald Trump's administration, the United States has once again decided to withdraw from UNESCO, the United Nations' cultural and educational agency. This is a repeat of the decision taken in 2017 during Trump's first term, which was reversed by President Joe Biden in 2023. UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) was founded in 1945 to promote global peace through cooperation in education, science, culture and communication.

राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के प्रशासन में, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका ने एक बार फिर संयुक्त राष्ट्र की सांस्कृतिक और शैक्षिक एजेंसी, यूनेस्को से हटने का फैसला किया है। यह ट्रंप के पहले कार्यकाल के दौरान 2017 में लिए गए फैसले की पुनरावृत्ति है, जिसे राष्ट्रपति जो बाइडेन ने 2023 में पलट दिया था।यूनेस्को (संयुक्त राष्ट्र शैक्षिक, वैज्ञानिक और सांस्कृतिक संगठन) की स्थापना 1945 में शिक्षा, विज्ञान, संस्कृति और संचार में सहयोग के माध्यम से वैश्विक शांति को बढ़ावा देने के लिए की गई थी।

 7. Suhani Shah, a mentalist from Rajasthan has won the title of 'Best Magic Creator 2025'. The award was presented by FISM (Fédération Internationale des Sociétés Magiques), also known as the Oscars of magic. The event was held in Torino, Italy. She won the award in the online performance category. Suhani Shah is the first Indian woman to win this prestigious global magic award.

राजस्थान की एक मानसिक विशेषज्ञ सुहानी शाह ने 'बेस्ट मैजिक क्रिएटर 2025' का खिताब जीता है। यह पुरस्कार FISM (फेडरेशन इंटरनेशनेल डेस सोसाइटी मैजिक्स) द्वारा प्रदान किया गया, जिसे जादू का ऑस्कर भी कहा जाता है। यह कार्यक्रम इटली के टोरिनो में आयोजित किया गया था। उन्होंने ऑनलाइन प्रदर्शन श्रेणी में यह पुरस्कार जीता। सुहानी शाह यह प्रतिष्ठित वैश्विक जादू पुरस्कार जीतने वाली पहली भारतीय महिला हैं।

 8. Jharkhand will become the first Indian state to launch mining tourism. The initiative was announced by Chief Minister Hemant Soren. It was inspired by his visit to the Barcelona-based Gavà Museum of Mines, where mining relics from the Neolithic period were on display. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), a subsidiary of Coal India.

झारखंड खनन पर्यटन शुरू करने वाला पहला भारतीय राज्य बन जाएगा। इस पहल की घोषणा मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने की। यह बार्सिलोना स्थित गावा संग्रहालय ऑफ़ माइन्स के उनके दौरे से प्रेरित था, जहाँ नवपाषाण काल के खनन अवशेष प्रदर्शित किए गए थे। कोल इंडिया की सहायक कंपनी सेंट्रल कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड (CCL) के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए।

 9. China has officially started the construction of a huge hydroelectric project on the Brahmaputra River in Tibet near the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. The project is located in Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon (Brahmaputra in Tibet), where the river takes a U-turn near the Indo-China border and then enters the Arunachal Pradesh and then Bangladesh.

चीन ने भारतीय राज्य अरुणाचल प्रदेश के निकट तिब्बत में ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी पर एक विशाल जलविद्युत परियोजना का निर्माण आधिकारिक तौर पर शुरू कर दिया है।यह परियोजना यारलुंग त्सांगपो ग्रैंड कैन्यन (तिब्बत में ब्रह्मपुत्र) में स्थित है, जहाँ नदी भारत-चीन सीमा के पास यू-टर्न लेती है और फिर अरुणाचल प्रदेश और अंततः बांग्लादेश में प्रवेश करती है।

 10. According to the Henley Passport Index 2025, the Indian passport has jumped eight places from 85th to 77th. Last year, it had slipped five places, while the list of visa-free countries saw an increase of only two countries. The number of visa-free countries for India has increased to 59.

हेनले पासपोर्ट इंडेक्स 2025 के अनुसार , भारतीय पासपोर्ट ने लंबी छलांग लगाई है और आठ पायदान ऊपर चढ़कर 85वें से 77वें स्थान पर पहुँच गया है। पिछले साल यह पाँच पायदान नीचे खिसका था, जबकि वीज़ा-मुक्त देशों की सूची में सिर्फ़ दो देशों का ही इज़ाफ़ा हुआ था। भारत के लिए वीज़ा-मुक्त देशों की संख्या 59 हो गई है।
