1. WOES

Parts of Speech: Noun

Meaning: Suffering, troubles, or problems, typically causing distress or unhappiness.

Synonym: Troubles, hardships, difficulties, miseries.

Antonym: Joys, blessings, happiness, prosperity.

Example Sentence: The economic downturn brought about financial woes for many families, leading to job losses and financial instability.

2. TRAWLING

Parts of Speech: Noun (can also be used as a verb)

Meaning: As a Noun: The method of fishing that involves dragging a net through the water to catch fish. Verb: The act of fishing using a trawl, or more broadly, searching or examining thoroughly and systematically.

Synonym: Noun: Trawl fishing, dragging. Verb: Searching, combing, scouring.
