1. Spurt (Noun/Verb) : उछाल, बहाव : A sudden burst or surge of something; to gush or flow forcefully and suddenly.

Synonyms: Burst, Surge, Jet, Gush, Flow

Antonyms: Slow, Dwindle

Example Sentence: The company experienced a spurt of growth in sales last quarter.

2. Deflation (Noun) : मंदी, मुद्रास्फीति : A decrease or reduction in economic activity, prices, or the value of assets; the opposite of inflation.

Synonyms: Reduction, Decline, Slump

Antonyms: Inflation, Growth, Rise

Example Sentence: The central bank implemented measures to combat
deflation and stimulate economic growth.

3. Scrutiny (Noun) : छानबीन, जांच : Critical observation or examination, careful and thoroughevaluation or inspection.

Synonyms: Examination, Inspection, Analysis, Evaluation, Study

Antonyms: Neglect, Oversight

Example Sentence: The research findings are currently undergoing scrutiny by experts in the field.

4. Fillip (Noun) : प्रोत्साहन : something which acts as a stimulus or boosts to an activity

Synonyms: Boost, Stimulus, Impetus, Encouragement, Motivation

Antonyms: Setback, Discouragement, Hindrance

Example Sentence: The speech by the motivational speaker gave a fillip to
the students' enthusiasm.

5. Seize (Verb) : जब्त करना : To take hold of something or someone forcibly and suddenly.

Synonyms: Grab, Clutch, Grasp, Capture, Confiscate

Antonyms: Release, Loosen, Free

Example Sentence: The authorities seized a large quantity of illegal drugs during
the raid.

6. Regime (Noun) : शासन पद्धति: A system or method of government or administration, ruling system

Synonyms: Administration, Rule, Authority, Governance, System

Antonyms: Disorder, Chaos

Example Sentence:The new regime implemented strict policies to control
the economy.

7. Bang for the Buck (Idiom) : getting good value or benefit for the money or effort invested. It implies that the return or outcome is worth the cost or input.

Synonyms: Value for money , Return on investment

Antonyms: Inefficient use of resources

Example Sentence: The new computer I bought provides excellent bang for the buck; it has
all the features I need at an affordable price.

8. Small cog in a large wheel (Idiom) : a person or thing that has a minor or insignificant role within a larger organization or system

Synonyms: Minnow in a sea of giants

Antonyms: Key player, Major contributor, Significant role

Example Sentence: As an intern, I felt like a small cog in a large wheel, doing menial tasks with little influence on the company's operations.

9. Surmise (Verb): अंदाजा लगाना : suppose that something is true without having evidence to confirm it.

Synonyms: guess, conjecture, supposition, speculation

Antonyms: ascertain, determine, find out

Example Sentence: He surmised that something must be wrong.

10. Beguile (Adjective): to persuade, attract, or interest someone, sometimes in order to deceive them

Synonyms: fascinate, enchant, captivate, tempt, charm

Antonyms: unappealing, repel

Example Sentence: Games are usually used to beguile small children.
