1. Kerfuffle (Adjective): शोर शराबा, हंगामा : a commotion or fuss, especially one caused by conflicting views (noise, excitement, and argument)

Synonyms: commotion, stir, fuss, disturbance, turmoil

Antonyms: hush, peace, quiet, calm, tranquility, stillness

Example Sentence: There was a kerfuffle at the party when two guests got into a heated
argument.

2. Menace (Verb) : खतरा : danger, or someone or something that is likely to cause harm

Synonyms: threat, danger, peril, risk, hazard

Antonyms: guard, protect, save

Example Sentence: Reckless driving on the road is a menace to other drivers and pedestrians.

3. Fortuitous(Adjective) : आकस्मिक: happening by chance rather than intention

Synonyms: chance, unexpected, unanticipated, coincidental

Antonyms: calculated, deliberate, intentional, planned

Example Sentence: Mark proved to be fortuitous by selecting all six winning lotto numbers.

4. Smear (Verb) : बदनाम करना : damage the reputation of (someone) by false accusations

Synonyms:
libel, slander, defame

Antonyms: honor, exalt, glorify

Example Sentence:He is willing to smear his opponent if doing so would win the
election.

5. Pulverize (Verb) : टुकड़े टुकड़े करना : reduce to fine particles; press or crush something until it becomes powder or a soft mass

Synonyms: grind, crush, pound, refined, fine

Example Sentence: The seeds can be used whole or pulverized into flour.

6. Cursory (Adjective) : जल्दबाजी : hasty and therefore not thorough or detailed.

Synonyms: hurried, hasty, rushed, rash

Antonyms: deliberate, unhurried, unrushed, thorough

Example Sentence: He put aside the papers after a cursory study.

7. Incredulity (Noun) : शक : a state of uncertainty or hesitation (the feeling of not wanting or not being able to believe something)

Synonyms: disbelief, skepticism, suspicion, doubt, uncertainty, distrust

Antonyms: assurance, belief, certainty

Example Sentence:Many writers use exclamation points to show incredulity in their stories.

8. Obtrude (Verb) : हस्तक्षेप करना: to make something or to become too noticeable, especially by interrupting.

Synonyms:
intrude, meddle, interfere

Antonyms: disregard, ignore, neglect

Example Sentence:I don’t want to obtrude upon her privacy.

9. Cornerstone (Noun): आधारशिला : something of great importance that everything else depends on

Synonyms:
foundation, basis, keystone, core

Example Sentence:The technology, usually the cornerstone of sci-fi, is biomechanical
rather than metallic.

10. A slap on the wrist (Idiom) : a small punishment when a more severe punishment is deserved

Synonyms:
nominal punishment, token punishment

Example Sentence: They rob someone on the street and they get a slap on the wrist –
thirty days in jail.
