1. Gyrations (Noun) : चक्कर: the act of turning around and around on a fixed point

Synonyms:
revolution, rotations, spin, whirl

Example Sentence: The gyration of the washing machine distracted the woman as she worked.

2. Rout (Verb / Noun) : हराना / भगदड़ : to defeat an enemy completely and force them to run away ; a state of wild confusion

Synonyms:
retreat, getaway, rampage

Example Sentence:After the dictator’s rout, the people finally had control of their country.

3. Conglomerate (Noun) : समूह: a company that owns several smaller businesses whose products or services are usually very different

Synonyms:
combination, amalgamation, multinationals, cartels

Antonyms: disband, disperse, split up

Example Sentence: The billionaire’s conglomerate includes restaurants, convenience stores, and a chain of hotels.

4. Mala fide (Adjective) : दुर्भावनापूर्ण: carried out in bad faith or with intent to deceive; illegal or dishonest

Synonyms: deceptive, disingenuous, duplicitous, devious

Antonyms:
sincere, honest, credible, pure, good-faith

Example Sentence:The judge concluded that the company had acted mala fide in concealing the information

5. Chary (Adjective): सावधान: uncertain and frightened to take risks, or unwilling to take action

Synonyms:
wary, cautious, careful, circumspect, alert

Antonyms: careless, unmindful, heedless, reckless, impetuous

Example Sentence:Banks were chary of lending the company more money.

6. Allay (Verb) : कम करना: diminish or put at rest (fear, suspicion, or worry)

Synonyms:
relieve, soothe, help, mitigate, ease

Antonyms: aggravate, hurt, harm

Example Sentence: Much of this depression is from actual pain, and all our efforts are now directed to allay that.

7. Prowess (Noun) : कौशल: skill or expertise in a particular activity or field

Synonyms:
expertise, talent, mastery, proficiency

Antonyms: inability, ineptitude, incapability, incompetence

Example Sentence: Michelangelo, historically known for his sculptures and paintings, clearly possessed a prowess for art.

8. Indomitable (Adjective): difficult or impossible to defeat or frighten

Synonyms:
unconquerable, unstoppable, insurmountable

Antonyms:
vulnerable, surmountable, submissive

Example Sentence: Jason’s indomitable spirit gave him the strength to battle back from the crippling disease that made him bedridden.

9. Derail (Verb) : पटरी से उतारना: to prevent a plan or process from succeeding

Synonyms:
distract, disturb, obstruct, thwart

Antonyms:
aid, assist, encourage

Example Sentence:Renewed fighting threatens to derail the peace talks.

10. Transfix (Verb): to make or hold motionless with amazement, awe,terror, etc.

Synonyms:
fascinate, captivate, mesmerize, bewitch, spellbind

Example Sentence:The small child is easily transfixed by an animated movie, able to focus in for many hours.
