Let H.C.F. be h and L.C.M. be l/माना म.स.प. h और ल.स.प. l है ।
l = 84 h
and/और l + h = 680
84h + h = 680
85 h = 680
h = 8
l= 680 – 8 = 672
Other number/दूसरी संख्या = (672 × 8)/ 56 = 96
2. Sol. (B)
Her monthly salary/उसकी मासिक आय = (8554/ 13) × 100 = 65800
Total investment made by her/उसके द्वारा किया गया कुल निवेश
= {(23 + 13 + 8)/ 100} × 65800
= 28952
3. Sol. (C)
Let the number of boys/माना लड़कों की संख्या = y – 2
Girls/लड़कियाँ = y
y – 2 + y = 52
2y = 54
y = 27
x = 25
According to the question/प्रश्नानुसार,
40 = (25 × 42 + 27 × a)/ 52
2080 = 1050 + 27 × a

Area of garden/बगीचे का क्षेत्रफल = 24×14 = 336 m2/मी.2
Area of the (garden + path) / (बगीचा + रास्ते) का क्षेत्रफल = 26 × 16 = 416 m2/मी.2

Let marks obtained by D/माना D द्वारा प्राप्त अंक = x
C's marks/C के अंक = 0.80x
B's marks/B के अंक = 1.25 (0.80x)
A's marks/A के अंक = (0.90) (1.25) (0.80x)
= 0.9x
But/लेकिन 0.9x = 360 ⇒ x = 400

Volume of water collected in the tank in 1 hour/1 घंटे में इकठ्ठा किया गया पानी
0.3 × 0.2 × 20 × 1000 = 1200 cubic m/घन मी.
If after t hours, the water is at height of 8 m. /यदि t घंटे के बाद, पानी 8 मी. की ऊँचाई पर है,
1200t = 200 × 150 × 8
t = 200 hours./घंटे
