Answer key:

1. Sol. (A)

∠ ATC = 36^o, ∠ ACT = 48^o

∠ TAC = 180^o – 36^o – 48^o = 96^o

∠ CAB = 84^o

∠ OAC = ∠ OCA = 42^o

∠ OAB = ∠ OBA = 42^o

∠ AOB = 180^o – 84^o = 96^o

Using componendo and dividendo rule, we get

योगान्तारानुपात नियम के प्रयोग से, हम प्राप्त करते हैं

Minimum pass mark/ न्यूनतम उत्तींर्णांक = 600 × + 30 = 150

L.C.M. of 8, 12 and 16/8, 12 और 16 का ल.स.प. = 48

Required number is of the form/ संख्या अभीष्ट प्रकार की होगी = 48n + 3

According to the question/ प्रश्नानुसार,

48 n + 3 is divisible by 7. /48 n + 3, 7 से पूर्णतः विभाजित है ।

On putting n = 3, we get/ n = 3 रखने पर, हम प्राप्त करते हैं

48n + 3 = 147, i.e. completely divisible by 7. /48n + 3 = 147, अर्थात 7 से पूर्णतः विभाजित है ।

Simple interest for 1 year/1 वर्ष के लिए साधारण ब्याज = Rs. / रु. 260

Compound interest for 2 years/2 वर्ष के लिए चक्रवृद्धि ब्याज = Rs. / रु. 540.80

Compound interest for the second year/ दूसरे वर्ष के लिए चक्रवृद्धि ब्याज

= Rs. / रु. 540.80 – Rs. / रु. 260 = Rs. / रु. 280.80

Required volume/ अभीष्ट आयतन = p (6² – 5²) × 70
