1-The former head of South Africa’s ministerial advisory committee on COVID-19, Indian-origin professor Salim Abdool Karim, has been appointed to the World Health Organisation (WHO) Science Council. 

 दक्षिण अफ्रीका में कोविड-19 पर मंत्री सलाहकार समिति के पूर्व प्रमुख, भारतीय मूल के प्रोफेसर सलीम अब्दुल करीम की नियुक्ति विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (डब्ल्यूएचओ) विज्ञान परिषद में हुई है।


2-Samsung’s founding family will donate tens of thousands of rare artworks, including Picassos and Dalis, and give hundreds of millions of dollars to medical research to help them pay a massive inheritance tax following last year’s death of chairman Lee Kun-Hee. 

सैमसंग का संस्थापक परिवार पिकासो और दालिस सहित हजारों दुर्लभ कलाकृतियों को दान करेगा और अरबों डॉलर चिकित्सा शोध के लिए देगा, ताकि पिछले साल चेयरमैन ली कुन ही के निधन के बाद भारी विरासत कर के भुगतान में मदद मिल सके।


3-The US India Chamber of Commerce (USICOC) Foundation and its partner organisations are shipping 50 ventilators to India, besides other medical supplies, to help the country fight the deadly second wave of COVID-19. 

यूएस इंडिया चैम्बर ऑफ कॉमर्स (यूएसआईसीओसी) फाउंडेशन तथा उसके साझेदार संगठन कोविड-19 की दूसरी जानलेवा लहर से लड़ने में मदद के लिए भारत को अन्य चिकित्सा सामान के अलावा 50 वेंटीलेटर भेज रहे हैं।


4-Anupam Rasayan said it has bagged an order worth Rs 1,100 crore for supplying life sciences related speciality chemicals. 

अनुपम रसायन ने कहा कि उसे जीवन विज्ञान संबंधी विशेष रसायनों की आपूर्ति के लिए 1,100 करोड़ रुपये के ठेके मिले हैं।


5-The Indian economy is projected to grow at 11 per cent in the current financial year amid the "strong" vaccine drive, Asian Development Bank (ADB) said, while cautioning that the recent surge in Covid cases may put the country's economic recovery at "risk". 

एशियाई विकास बैंक (एडीबी) ने कहा कि चालू वित्त वर्ष में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था 11 प्रतिशत की दर से बढ़ेगी, लेकिन साथ ही आगाह किया कि देश में कोविड-19 संक्रमण के बढ़ते मामलों से आर्थिक सुधार के लिए जोखिम पैदा हो सकते हैं।


6-Noted Odia and English writer Manoj Das passed away at 87 in Puducherry. 


प्रख्यात ओडिया और अंग्रेजी लेखक मनोज दास का पुदुचेरी में 87 वर्ष की आयु में निधन हो गया।


7-An Indian-American non-profit body 'Sewa International USA' has raised nearly $4.7 million through social media towards COVID-19 relief efforts in India. 

भारतीय-अमेरिकी गैर लाभकारी संगठन ‘सेवा इंटरनेशनल यूएसए’ ने भारत में कोविड-19 राहत कार्यों के लिए सोशल मीडिया के जरिए करीब 47 लाख डॉलर की धनराशि जुटायी है।


8-Info Edge said it will sell stake worth Rs 750 crore in the initial public offering (IPO) of its investee company Zomato. 

इन्फो एज ने कहा कि वह ऑनलाइन खाना आर्डर करने के मंच जोमैटो के आईपीओ (आरंभिक सार्वजनिक निर्गम) के तहत अपनी 750 करोड़ रुपये की हिस्सेदारी बेचेगी।


9-The RBI has imposed a penalty of Rs 40 lakh on Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank, Shimla, for non-compliance with certain regulatory directions issued by NABARD. 

आरबीआई ने नाबार्ड द्वारा जारी कुछ नियामकीय दिशानिर्देशों के उल्लंघन को लेकर शिमला स्थित हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य सहकारी बैंक पर 40 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया है।


10-Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman inaugurated the country''s first 3D printed house at IIT, Madras. 

 केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने आईआईटी, मद्रास में देश का पहला थ्री डी प्रिंटेड मकान का उद्घाटन किया।
