(1) Untitled-1
(2) Untitled-1
(3) Untitled-1
(4) Untitled-1

Answer:-

1.Sol:- (1)
As we know  Untitled-1 and Untitled-1 are similar, hence
Untitled-1
Untitled-1
Untitled-1

Untitled-1
BC = Untitled-1 cm

2.Sol:- (2)
a = Untitled-1 , b = Untitled-1
after rationalization
a = Untitled-1, b = Untitled-1
(a +  b) = 14
Untitled-1
= (14) (196 – 3)
= 2702

3.Sol:- (4)
         Article – 1                                                   Article – 2
CP                            SP                                CP                               SP
100                          118                               100                               84
50                              59                               25                                 21
As we know SP of both article is same, so
(50                              59 )x21                     (25                                 21) x 59
1050                         1239                            1475                             1239
Total CP  = 2525                   Total SP = 2478
Loss percent = Untitled-1 = 1.86% = 1.9%

4.Sol:- (3)
Untitled-1
Untitled-1 = 7 x (49 – 15 ) = 238
5.Sol:- (4)

Let he reduced his consumption by x%
Percentage increase in consumptions price = Untitled-1
+ 7 = + 19 - x - Untitled-1
Untitled-1
X = 1200/119
= 10.08% = 10.1%
6.Sol:- (4)

Untitled-1
= 3 + 1 + 1 + ¾ + 4
= 9.75
7.Sol:- (4)

Condition – 1
 Let efficiency of A = 4
Efficiency of B + C  = 5

Condition – 2
Efficiency of B = 3
So efficiency of A  + C is = 4
On solving
Efficiency of A = 28
Efficiency of B = 27
Efficiency of C = 8
Required day = (28 x 15 )/ 45
= 9(1/3) day

8.Sol:- (2)
Marked price = Untitled-1 = 920
Markup percent = Untitled-1 = 15%

9.Sol:-  (4)
Untitled-1 squaring both side
(x + 1/x) = 8
Untitled-1 = 64 – 2 = 62

10.  Sol:- (4)

Untitled-1
