1- Prof Muhammad Yunus conferred 'Lamp of Peace of Saint Francis ' award
Nobel Laureate from Bangladesh Professor Muhammad Yunus was conferred the 'Lamp of Peace of Saint Francis ' award by the Vatican for his contribution towards establishing peace and harmony. The award is a recognition for distinguished work by an individual for promoting peace and dialogue among people.
The Lamp of Peace award was first given to the Polish trade union leader Lech Walesa in 1981.
प्रो मुहम्मद यूनुस ने 'लैम्प ऑफ़ पीस ऑफ़ सेंट फ्रांसिस' पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया
बांग्लादेश के नोबेल पुरस्कार विजेता प्रोफेसर मुहम्मद यूनुस को शांति और सौहार्द स्थापित करने की दिशा में उनके योगदान के लिए वेटिकन द्वारा 'लैम्प ऑफ पीस ऑफ सेंट फ्रांसिस' पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया। यह पुरस्कार लोगों में शांति और संवाद को बढ़ावा देने के लिए व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रतिष्ठित कार्य के लिए दिया जाता है।
द लैंप ऑफ़ पीस पुरस्कार पहली बार 1981 में पोलिश ट्रेड यूनियन लीडर लेच वाल्सा को दिया गया था।
2- CBI's 1st national conference on cybercrime investigation inaugurated
CBI Director Rishi Kumar Shukla has inaugurated the 1st National Conference on Cyber Crime Investigation and Cyber Forensics at CBI Headquarters in New Delhi.
The two-day conference covers one of the mandates of CBI which is to investigate crimes with inter-state and international ramifications.
It will also be a platform to share good practices to learn from experiences of various State police and Law Enforcement Agencies.
Around 50 officers including DGPs, ADGPs, and SPs dealing with cybercrime, officials and academia are participating in the Conference.
साइबर अपराध जांच पर सीबीआई की पहली राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन
CBI के निदेशक ऋषि कुमार शुक्ला ने नई दिल्ली में CBI मुख्यालय में साइबर अपराध जांच और साइबर फोरेंसिक पर प्रथम राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन किया।
दो दिवसीय सम्मेलन में सीबीआई के एक जनादेश को शामिल किया गया है जिसका उद्देश्य अंतर-राज्यीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रभाव वाले अपराधों की जांच करना है।
यह विभिन्न राज्य पुलिस और कानून प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों के अनुभवों से सीखने के लिए अच्छी आदतों को साझा करने का एक मंच भी होगा।
सम्मेलन में डीजीपी, एडीजीपी, और साइबर अपराध से निपटने वाले एसपी, अधिकारियों और शिक्षाविदों सहित लगभग 50 अधिकारी भाग ले रहे हैं।
3- India, Russia agree to boost annual trade to $30 bn by 2025
India and Russia will target $30 billion of annual trade by 2025 and have decided to work on industrial cooperation and create technological and investment partnerships. PM Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin met at Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok and announced deals in sectors including energy, defense etc. They seek to boost bilateral trade from its current $11 billion.

4- Producer S Sriram passes away due to cardiac arrest
Producer S Sriram passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest. He was in his sixties. The producer formed the Aalayam Production House along with director Mani Ratnam and went on to produce the National Award-winning film 'Bombay'.
