1- Vayalar Award for Writer VJ James' Neeriswaran
Author VJ James's book 'Neeriswaran' (Atheist) Vayalar Ramavarma has been selected for the Smriti Sahitya Puraskar. This novel is written around the theme of God and faith. James Vikram is working as an engineer at Sarabhai Space Center (VSSC). Vayalar has written books titled 'Purappadinante Pustakam', 'Dathapaharam' and 'Chorashtaram'.
लेखक वी जे जेम्स की कृति ‘नीरीस्वर्ण’ को वायलार पुरस्कार
लेखक वी जे जेम्स की पुस्तक ‘नीरीस्वर्ण’ (नास्तिक) वायलार रामावर्मा स्मृति साहित्य पुरस्कार के लिए चयनित की गई है। यह उपन्यास भगवान और आस्था विषय-वस्तु के आसपास बुनी गई है। जेम्स विक्रम साराभाई अंतरिक्ष केंद्र (वीएसएससी) में इंजीनियर के पद पर कार्यरत हैं। वायालार ने ‘पुरप्पादिनते पुस्तकम’, ‘दाथापहारम’ और ‘चोराशतरम’ नाम की किताबें लिखी हैं।
2- INS Nilgiri dedicated to the country
INS Nilgiri, the first ship of the P17A category, was launched at Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL).
Apart from Rajnath Singh, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Karambir Singh and other officers were also present.

राजनाथ सिंह के अलावा नौसेना स्टाफ के प्रमुख एडमिरल करमबीर सिंह और अन्य अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।
3- Modi discusses bilateral relations with the Prime Minister of Bhutan
Prime Minister Narendra Modi held talks with his Bhutanese counterpart Lotay Schering and discussed steps to take the relationship forward in various fields including development-related partnerships and cooperation in the hydropower sector.
The two leaders held the talks on the sidelines of the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly. During this time, the two leaders reviewed the bilateral relations after Prime Minister Modi's visit to Bhutan in August 2019.
Prime Minister Modi welcomed Bhutan as a founding member in the Coalition for Disaster Resistant Infrastructure (CDRI).
The Foreign Ministry said that this was the fourth meeting between the Prime Ministers of the two countries in the last one year. This meeting reflects India's close and special relationship with Bhutan.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अपने भूटानी समकक्ष लोताय शेरिंग के साथ बातचीत की और विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में संबंधों को आगे बढ़ाने के कदमों पर चर्चा की जिसमें विकास से जुड़ी साझेदारी और पनबिजली क्षेत्र में सहयोग शामिल हैं।
संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा के 74 वें सत्र से इतर दोनों नेताओं ने यह वार्ता की। इस दौरान दोनों नेताओं ने अगस्त 2019 में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की भूटान यात्रा के बाद के द्विपक्षीय संबंधों की समीक्षा की।
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने आपदा प्रतिरोधी अवसंरचना के लिए गठबंधन (सीडीआरआई) में संस्थापक सदस्य के रूप में भूटान का स्वागत किया।
विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा कि पिछले एक साल में यह दोनों देशों के प्रधानमंत्रियों के बीच होने वाली चौथी बैठक थी। यह बैठक भूटान के साथ भारत के करीबी और विशेष संबंध को दर्शाती है।
4- 20 countries including India signed an agreement to stop spread of fake news online
Twenty countries, including France, Britain and India, have signed an agreement at the United Nations to stop the spread of fake news on-line.
The signatories, which also included South Africa and Canada, committed to promoting independently reported, diverse and reliable information on the internet under an accord initiated by Reporters Without Borders (RSF), a press freedom watchdog.
भारत सहित 20 देशों ने नकली समाचारों के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए एक समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए
ऑनलाइन बढ़ती फेक न्यूज की रफ्तार को रोकने के लिए विश्व के नेताओं ने हाथ मिलाया है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र में भारत, फ्रांस और ब्रिटेन सहित 20 देशों ने एक समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। हस्ताक्षर करने वाले देशों में दक्षि ण अफ्रीका और कनाडा भी शामिल है। इस समझौते के जरिए नकली समाचारों के प्रचार- प्रसार पर लगाम कसी जाएगी।
