1- Ajay Kumar appointed as Defence Secretary
The government has appointed Ajay Kumar as Defence Secretary. Ajay Kumar, is a 1985 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre and is currently serving as Secretary, Department of Defence Production.
He will succeed Sanjay Mitra, upon completion of his term. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approved the appointment.
अजय कुमार को रक्षा सचिव के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया
सरकार ने अजय कुमार को रक्षा सचिव नियुक्त किया है। अजय कुमार, 1985 बैच के केरल कैडर के आईएएस अधिकारी हैं और वर्तमान में रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग के सचिव हैं।
वह अपना कार्यकाल पूरा होने पर संजय मित्रा का स्थान ग्रहण करेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में मंत्रिमंडल की नियुक्ति समिति ने नियुक्ति को मंजूरी दी।
2- Rajiv Gauba appointed new Cabinet Secretary
Home Secretary Rajiv Gauba will be the new Cabinet Secretary. Mr Gauba who is a 1982 batch IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre will replace P.K. Sinha, The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Mr Gauba as the Cabinet Secretary with a tenure of two years from 30th August.
राजीव गौबा को नया कैबिनेट सचिव नियुक्त किया गया
गृह सचिव राजीव गौबा नए कैबिनेट सचिव होंगे। श्री गौबा जो 1982 बैच के झारखंड कैडर के आईएएस अधिकारी हैं, पी. के. सिन्हा का स्थान गृहण करेंगे। कैबिनेट की नियुक्ति समिति ने 30 अगस्त से दो साल के कार्यकाल के साथ श्री गौबा को कैबिनेट सचिव के रूप में नियुक्त करने की मंजूरी दी है।
3- Culture Minister will launch the book ' The Diary of Manu Gandhi'
Culture Minister Prahlad Singh Patel will launch the book - the Diary of Manu Gandhi at a function in New Delhi on 22nd August 2019.
The book has been brought out by National Archives of India, on the occasion of 150th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi in collaboration with Oxford University Press. The first volume covers the period 1943-1944.
The Diary of Manu Gandhi originally in Gujarati has been edited and translated by Dr Tridip Suhrud, a well-known scholar engaged in understanding the Gandhian Intellectual tradition. Manu Gandhi (Mridula) was a grand niece of Mahatma Gandhi and stayed with Gandhiji till his assassination.
संस्कृति मंत्री 'मनु गांधी की डायरी' नामक पुस्तक का विमोचन करेंगे
संस्कृति मंत्री प्रह्लाद सिंह पटेल 22 अगस्त 2019 को नई दिल्ली में एक समारोह में पुस्तक - 'द डायरी ऑफ मनु गांधी' का शुभारंभ करेंगे।
ऑक्सफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी प्रेस के सहयोग से महात्मा गांधी की 150 वीं वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर भारत के राष्ट्रीय अभिलेखागार द्वारा पुस्तक को लाया गया है। इसका पहला भाग 1943-1944 की अवधि को समाहित किये हुए है।
मनु गांधी की डायरी मूल रूप से गुजराती में संपादित की गई थी जिसका अनुवाद डॉ. त्रिदीप सुह्रद ने किया है। मनु गांधी (मृदुला) महात्मा गांधी की एक भतीजी थीं और वह गांधीजी के अंतिम समय तक उनके साथ रहीं।
4- Power Minister launches State Rooftop Solar Attractiveness-SARAL Index
Power Minister R K Singh has launched the State Rooftop Solar Attractiveness Index -SARAL in New Delhi. Karnataka has been placed at the first rank in the Index followed by Telangana and Gujarat that evaluates states based on their attractiveness for rooftop development.
SARAL encourages each state to assess the initiatives taken so far and to improve its solar rooftop ecosystem.
ऊर्जा मंत्री ने राज्य रूफटॉप सौर आकर्षण-SARAL इंडेक्स लॉन्च किया
ऊर्जा मंत्री आर के सिंह ने नई दिल्ली में स्टेट रूफटॉप सोलर अट्रैक्शन इंडेक्स -SARAL लॉन्च किया है। तालिका में कर्नाटक, तेलंगाना और गुजरात को पहले तीन स्थानों पर रखा गया है, यह तालिका रूफटॉप सोलर विकास के लिए उनके आकर्षण के आधार पर राज्यों का मूल्यांकन करती है।
SARAL ने प्रत्येक राज्य को अब तक की गई पहलों का आकलन करने और अपने सौर रूफटॉप पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र में सुधार करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।
