1- Mukesh Ambani and Mark Zuckerberg join hands to target millions of India's first time internet users
Mukesh Ambani’s telecom company, Reliance Jio, is collaborating with Facebook to launch a digital literacy program in India called ‘Digital Udaan’ — ‘the largest ever digital literacy program’, according to the company.
The program is initially being launched in 200 locations with plans over expanding to over 7,000 destinations in a phased manner.
Jio states that the program is aimed at first time internet users among its user base of 300 million to teach them how to safely use a JioPhone, its features, and the apps available — including Facebook.

मुकेश अंबानी की दूरसंचार कंपनी, रिलायंस जियो, फेसबुक के साथ मिलकर भारत में एक डिजिटल साक्षरता कार्यक्रम शुरू करने के लिए सहयोग कर रही है, जिसे 'डिजिटल उड़ान' - 'सबसे बड़ा डिजिटल साक्षरता कार्यक्रम' कहा जा रहा है।
यह कार्यक्रम सबसे पहले 200 स्थानों पर लांच होगा फिर धीरे-2, चरणबद्ध तरीके से इसे 7,000 जगहों तक बढ़ाया जायेगा।
Jio का कहना है कि इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य उसके 300 मिलियन उपभोक्ताओं में से पहली बार इंटरनेट का उपयोग करने वाले लोगो को यह सिखाना है कि किस तरह से वे अपने जिओफोन और उसके फीचर्स और इस पर उपलब्ध विभिन्न ऐप जैसे फेसबुक आदि का सुरक्षित रूप से उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
2- Ambati Rayudu announces retirement from all forms of cricket
Batsman Ambati Rayudu has announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. Rayudu represented India in 55 ODIs and six T20Is, scoring 1,694 and 42 runs respectively. Rayudu got place in Team India due to his batting in the IPL season in 2018. After that, he batted at number four for Team India for a whole year.
अंबाती रायुडू ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट से संन्यास लेने का किया ऐलान
भारतीय मध्यक्रम बल्लेबाज अम्बाती रायुडू ने क्रिकेट के सभी प्रारूपों से संन्यास लेने का फैसला किया। रायुडू ने भारत के लिये 55 वनडे खेलते हुए 47.05 के औसत से 1694 रन बनाये हैं। साल 2018 में आईपीएल के सीजन में अपनी बल्लेबाजी से रन बरसाने के कारण रायुडू को टीम इंडिया में जगह मिली थी। जिसके बाद उन्होंने साल भर टीम इंडिया के लिए नंबर चार पर बल्लेबाजी की।
3- Lee Iacocca, who created Ford Mustang and rescued Chrysler, dies
Lee Iacocca, the US auto industry executive who created the Ford Mustang and saved Chrysler from bankruptcy in the 1980s, has died at the age of 94. Iacocca, who joined Ford in 1946, became its President in 1970. He retired as Chrysler's chairman and CEO in 1992.

ली इयाकोका, अमेरिकी ऑटो उद्योग के कार्यकारी जिन्होंने फोर्ड मस्टैंग का निर्माण किया और 1980 के दशक में क्रिसलर को दिवालियापन से बचाया, का 94 वर्ष की आयु में निधन हो गया। 1946 में फोर्ड में शामिल होने वाले इयाकोका 1970 में इसके अध्यक्ष बने। वह 1992 में क्रिसलर के अध्यक्ष और सीईओ के रूप में सेवानिवृत्त हुए।
4- Industrialist BK Birla died at 98
Industrialist Basant Kumar Birla, the youngest son of Ghanshyam Das Birla and the grandfather of Kumar Mangalam Birla, passed away in Mumbai aged 98. He was the Chairman of BK Birla Group, which includes Century Textiles and Kesoram Industries. He had been active in business since the age of 15.

उद्योगपति बसंत कुमार बिरला, घनश्याम दास बिड़ला के सबसे छोटे बेटे और कुमार मंगलम बिड़ला के दादा, 98 वर्ष की आयु में मुंबई में निधन हो गया। वह बीके बिड़ला समूह के अध्यक्ष थे, जिसमें सेंचुरी टेक्सटाइल्स और केसोराम इंडस्ट्रीज शामिल हैं।वह 15 साल की उम्र से व्यवसाय में सक्रिय थे।
5- Each new student in Rajasthan's Engg colleges to plant a tree
The Rajasthan government has ordered a plantation drive wherein every new student in state-run engineering colleges will have to plant a tree on campus this academic session. The students will look after the trees until they graduate, said Technical Education Minister Dr Subhash Garg. Further, faculty members and students will be encouraged to dig ponds to help conserve rainwater.

राजस्थान सरकार ने वृक्षारोपण अभियान को लेकर एक नया आदेश दिया है, जिसमें राज्य के इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों में हर नए छात्र को शैक्षणिक सत्र में परिसर में एक पेड़ लगाना होगा। तकनीकी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. सुभाष गर्ग ने कहा कि छात्र स्नातक होने तक पेड़ों की देखभाल करेंगे। इसके अलावा, संकाय सदस्यों और छात्रों को वर्षा जल संरक्षण में मदद करने के लिए तालाबों को खोदने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा।
