2. Delhi's Connaught Place 4th most expensive office market in Asia Pacific
Connaught Place in the national capital has emerged as the fourth most expensive office market in the Asia Pacific with an increase of modest 1.4 per cent increase in the rental, according to property consultant Knight Frank.
Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore are the top three most expensive office markets in Asia Pacific, while Mumbai's BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) stood at seventh rank, Knight Frank said in a statement.

प्रॉपर्टी से जुड़ी सलाहकार फर्म नाइट फ्रैंक के अनुसार, दिल्ली का ' दिल ' कहे जाने वाला कनॉट प्लेस एशिया प्रशांत का चौथा सबसे महंगा कार्यालय स्थल बनकर उभरा है। इसके किराये में साल 2019 की पहली तिमाही में पिछले साल की इसी अवधि की तुलना में 1.4 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है।
नाइट फ्रैंक ने बयान में कहा कि हांगकांग , तोक्यो और सिंगापुर एशिया प्रशांत में तीन सबसे महंगे कार्यालय स्थलों में शुमार हैं। मुंबई का बांद्रा कुर्ला कॉम्पेलक्स (बीकेसी) इस सूची में सातवें पायदान पर है।
