Air Marshal Singh, an alumnus of the National Defence Academy, was commissioned in the fighter stream of IAF on 15 Jun 1980.

एयर मार्शल राकेश कुमार सिंह भदौरिया ने उप वायु सेना प्रमुख का पदभार ग्रहण किया। उन्होंने एयर मार्शल अनिल खोसला का स्थान लिया है।
एयर मार्शल भदौरिया राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी के पूर्व छात्र हैं। उन्हें 15 जून 1980 को भारतीय वायु सेना के लड़ाकू दस्ते में शामिल किया गया था।

In a huge diplomatic win for India, the United Nations on Wednesday designated Masood Azhar as a "global terrorist" after China lifted its hold on a proposal to blacklist the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed chief, a decade after New Delhi approached the world body for the first time on the issue.
