1. Finance Ministry ratifies 8.65 pc interest on EPF for 2018-19
The Finance Ministry has approved 8.65 per cent rate of interest on Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) for 2018-19 as decided by retirement fund body EPFO, benefitting more than 6 crore formal sector workers.

वित्त मंत्रालय ने वित्त वर्ष 2018-19 के लिये कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि (ईपीएफ) पर 8.65 प्रतिशत ब्याज दर को मंजूरी दे दी है। कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (ईपीएफओ) ने इस दर पर ब्याज देने का फैसला किया था जिसे संस्तुती के लिये वित्त मंत्रालय को भेजा गया था।
