x = 4 cm. /सेमी.

22 = 18x +4x2 2x2 + 9x –11 =0
2x2 + 11x –2x-11=0
x (2x + 11) –1 (2x + 11) = 0,

⇒ (2 sin2 θ + 1) sin θ – 5 sin θ cos θ = 0

⇒ 2cos2 θ + 6 cos θ – cos θ – 3 = 0
