Pravasi Bharatiya Divas to be held in Varanasi
The next Pravasi Bharatiya Divas will be held in the holy city of Varanasi in January. Next year’s event would be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Mauritian counterpart Pravind Jugnauth.
Organised by the Ministry of External Affairs in association with the Uttar Pradesh government, the theme of the 15th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas is “Role of Indian Diaspora in building a New India”.
प्रवासी भारतीय दिवस का आयोजन वाराणसी में किया जाएगा
15वें प्रवासी भारतीय दिवस का आयोजन अगले साल जनवरी में वाराणसी में किया जाएगा। अगले साल जनवरी में होने वाले इस कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और मॉरीशस के प्रधानमंत्री प्रविंद जगन्नाथ करेंगे। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की साझेदारी से विदेश मंत्रालय द्वारा आयोजित होने वाले 15वें प्रवासी भारतीय दिवस का थीम होगा- 'नए भारत के निर्माण में प्रवासी भारतीयों की भूमिका।'
India's GDP growth rate is expected to be at 7.5 % : Deutsche Bank
According to Deutsche Bank, India's GDP growth rate is expected to 7.5 per cent in the Financial Year 2018-19.
“Deutsche Bank current growth forecast for 2018-19 is 7.5% (RBI estimate is 7.4%), which will mark an improvement from the 6.7% likely out turn in 2017-18.”

ड्यूश बैंक के अनुसार, वितीय वर्षं 2018-19 में भारत की सकल घरेलू उत्पाद की वृद्धि दर 7.5 प्रतिशत रहने का अनुमान है।
"2018-19 के लिए ड्यूश बैंक का मौजूदा विकास पूर्वानुमान 7.5% है (आरबीआई का अनुमान 7.4% है), जो 2017-18 में 6.7% की तुलना में सुधार को चिह्नित करेगा,"
Rafael Nadal wins 11th Barcelona title
World number one Rafael Nadal defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas to win Barcelona Open for a record-extending 11th time. With the win, the 31-year-old Spaniard also extended his winning streak on clay to 46 straight sets.
