1. The US and South Korea kicked off their largest ever joint air exercise 'Vigilant Ace'. This five-day exercise involve 230 aircraft, including F-22 Raptor stealth jet fighters, and tens of thousands of troops.
अमेरिका और दक्षिण कोरिया ने अपना अभी तक का सबसे बड़ा संयुक्त वायुसेना अभ्यास 'विजिलेंट ऐस' शुरू किया। इस पांच दिवसीय अभ्यास में एफ-22 राप्टर स्टिल्थ लड़ाकू विमानों सहित 230 विमान और हजारों की संख्या में सैनिक शामिल हैं।
2. Nepal President Bidya Devi Bhandari inaugurated International conference on climate change. The four-day conference is attended by more than 300 experts from different countries of Asia including India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan and Myanmar.

4. Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu launched the 'Deen Dayal Divyangajan Sahajya Scheme' on the occasion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities in Guwahati. Under the scheme every differently abled person in the state would be entitled to a one-time grant of Rs 5,000 for their treatment.
उपराष्ट्रपति एम वेंकैया नायडू ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय विकलांगजन दिवस के अवसर पर गुवाहाटी में ‘दीन दयाल दिव्यांगजन सहज्य योजना’ का शुभारंभ किया। इस योजना के तहत राज्य का हर दिव्यांग व्यक्ति अपने उपचार के लिये एक बार 5,000 रुपये की अनुदान राशि लेने का हकदार होगा।
