The Indian women's hockey team gained two places to reach top-10 in the latest FIH world rankings following their Asia Cup title triumph. India overtook Spain to rank 10th in the rankings.

एशिया कप विजेता भारतीय महिला हाकी टीम एफआईएच नवीनतम विश्व रैंकिंग में दो पायदान चढकर शीर्ष दस में पहुंची। भारत ने रैंकिंग में स्पेन को पछाड़कर 10वां स्थान हासिल किया।

Revenue Secretary Hasmukh Adhia has been designated as the new Finance
Secretary. Adhia is a 1981 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre.
The vacancy was caused following the superannuation of Ashok Lavasa last month.

राजस्व सचिव हसमुख अधिया नए वित्त सचिव
राजस्व सचिव हसमुख अधिया को नया वित्त सचिव बनाया गया है। इस बारे में आधिकारिक आदेश जारी किया गया। अधिया गुजरात कैडर के 1981 बैच के भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (आईएएस) के अधिकारी हैं।
पिछले महीने अशोक लवासा के सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद यह पद रिक्त था।
