युद्ध अभ्यास 2016 का समापन
उत्तराखंड के चौबत्तिया में युद्ध अभ्यास 2016 पूरा हो गया। यह अभ्यास दो सप्ताह तक चला जिसमें भारतीय सेना की एक इंफेंट्री बटालियन और अमेरिकी सेना की 20वीं इंफेंट्री रेजीमेंट की 5वीं बटालियन ने हिस्सा लिया।

Exercise Yudh Abhyas 2016 has been conducted at Chaubattia, Uttarakhand. The two week exercise included a Company Group from an Infantry Battalion of Indian Army and 5th Battalion 20th Infantry Regiment of the US Army.

वरिष्ठ आईएफएस अधिकारी यशवर्धन कुमार सिन्हा को ब्रिटेन में भारत का उच्चायुक्त नियुक्त किया गया जो नवतेज सरना का स्थान लेंगे।
सिन्हा 1981 बैच के भारतीय विदेश सेवा के अधिकारी है और अभी श्रीलंका में भारत के उच्चायुक्त हैं।
Yashvardhan Sinha appointed Indias High Commissioner to UK
Senior IFS officer Yashvardhan Kumar Sinha was appointed as Indias High Commissioner to the UK succeeding Navtej Sarna.
Sinha, an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer of the 1981 batch, is currently serving as Indias High Commissioner to Sri Lanka.
