1- Nobel Prize in Literature awarded to Polish writer Olga Tokarczuk for 2018 and to Austrian author Peter Handke for 2019
The 2019 Nobel Prize in Literature has been announced along with the 2018 Prize. Austrian author Peter Handke has won the 2019 Prize while Polish writer Olga Tokarczuk has received the 2018 Prize.
Handke was honoured for an influential work that with linguistic ingenuity has explored the periphery and the specificity of human experience. His notable works include "Short Letter, Long Farewell" and "A Sorrow Beyond Dreams".
Tokarczuk was awarded for a narrative imagination that with encyclopedic passion represents the crossing of boundaries as a form of life. Her first novel, "The Journey of the People of the Book," was released in 1993.
ओल्गा तोकारजुक को 2018 और पीटर हैंडके को 2019 के लिए साहित्य का नोबेल

2- Govt launches Surakshit Matritva Aashwasan, SUMAN, an initiative for quality health care at no cost
Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare Dr Harsh Vardhan launched Surakshit Matritva Aashwasan, SUMAN, initiative in New Delhi.
The initiative was launched during the 13th Conference of Central Council of Health and Family Welfare.
The initiative aims at assuring dignified, respectful and quality health care at no cost and zero tolerance for denial of services for every woman and newborn visiting the public health facility in order to end all preventable maternal and newborn deaths. It also provides a positive birth experience to both mother and infant.
सुरक्षित मातृत्व आश्वासन योजना - सुमन की शुरूआत की
केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉक्टर हर्षवर्धन ने विभिन्न राज्यों के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रियों के साथ आज नई दिल्ली में स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की केन्द्रीय परिषद के 13वें सम्मेलन में सुरक्षित मातृत्व आश्वासन योजना - सुमन की शुरूआत की।
इस योजना का उद्देश्य अस्पताल में मातृ और शिशु मृत्यु की रोकथाम, भुगतान रहित तथा सम्मानजनक और गुणवत्तापूर्ण चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना है।
3- Biplab Kumar Deb inaugurates ‘AngiKaar’ campaign
Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb inaugurated the ‘AngiKaar’ campaign for the state. The objective of the ‘AngiKaar’ campaign is to bring the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban (PMAY-U) under one fold of other central government implemented scheme.
बिप्लब कुमार देब ने 'अंगीकार' अभियान का उद्घाटन किया
त्रिपुरा के मुख्यमंत्री बिप्लब कुमार देब ने राज्य के लिए 'अंगीकार' अभियान का उद्घाटन किया। I इस अभियान का उद्देश्य प्रधानमंत्री शहरी आवास योजना के लाभार्थियों को केन्द्र सरकार की इसी प्रकार की अन्य योजना के अधीन लाना है
4- Jal Shakti Minister has launched ‘Ganga Amantran
Jal Shakti Minister has launched an initiative ‘Ganga Amantran’. The initiative has been launched to connect with the stakeholders of the river.It is a pioneering exploratory open-water rafting and kayaking expedition on the Ganga river. The expedition will start at Devaprayag and culminate at Ganga Sagar covering the entire stretch of over 2500 kms of the River. Ganga Aamantran is the 1st ever effort by National Mission for Clean Ganga to raft across the entire stretch of the river.
जल शक्ति मंत्री ने गंगा आमंत्रण अभियान की शुरुआत की
केंद्र ने गंगा आमंत्रण अभियान की शुरुआत की, जो गंगा हितधारक से जुड़ने की अनूठी पहल है। इसका शुभारंभ जल शक्ति मंत्री श्री गजेन्द्र सिंह शेखावत ने किया। इस पहल के तहत, 10 अक्टूबर से 11 नवंबर, 2019 के बीच गंगा नदी पर एक खुला जल राफ्टिंग और कयाकिंग अभियान आयोजित किया जाएगा।अभियान देवप्रयाग में शुरू होगा और गंगा सागर में नदी के 2500 किलोमीटर से अधिक हिस्से को कवर करेगा। गंगा आमंत्रण, नदी को स्वच्छ बनाने के लिए राष्ट्रीय मिशन द्वारा स्वच्छ गंगा के लिए पहला प्रयास है।
