Uttarakhand has been declared as the Most Film-Friendly State at 66th National Film Award announcement. This is the first time that this category has been added to the list of National Awards.

2- Ex-Australian spinner Shane Warne to coach Lord's Hundred team
Former Australia spinner Shane Warne is set to be the coach of the Lord's-based London team for next year's Hundred competition. Warne had served as the captain and coach of Rajasthan Royals in the first edition of IPL. The Hundred is a 100-ball format that is set to be launched in England in July next year.

ऑस्ट्रेलिया के पूर्व स्पिनर शेन वार्न को अगले साल होने वाली सौ प्रतियोगिता के लिए लॉर्ड्स स्थित लंदन टीम का कोच बनाया गया है। वार्न ने आईपीएल के पहले संस्करण में राजस्थान रॉयल्स के कप्तान और कोच के रूप में काम किया था। सौ एक 100-गेंद प्रारूप है जिसे अगले साल जुलाई में इंग्लैंड में लॉन्च किया जाना है।
3- Temporary IIM campus in Srinagar approved by Centre
The Centre on Friday approved an off-campus centre of IIM-Jammu in Srinagar and sanctioned ₹51.8 crore to set it up, IIM-Jammu Director BS Sahay confirmed. He added that full-time MBA programmes would begin at the temporary Srinagar campus soon.

4- BCCI agrees to come under the ambit of NADA
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) agreed to come under the ambit of the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA). This landmark decision makes Indian Cricket's governing body a sports federation as per government norms despite being financially autonomous.
