Infrastructure, is a noun which is required here rather than an adjective “infrastructural”. “Pace” is kept with an ongoing process, hence “increasing” is the correct form of verb to be used. 

Q. 2 (3) 

“Information” is an uncountable noun, it will always be in singular number. 

Q.3 (3) 

“Which” will replace when, as a situation is not discussed whereas a noun is referred. “With” will be replaced by “to” preposition as a purpose is quoted which will be continued with the use of “to”. 

Q.4 (1) 

Only two things are being compared, hence “between” will be used. “Under” is providing n meaning to the sentence, hence “are examined” is correct to be used. 

Q.5 (4) 

“That” will replace “those” as “usury” is the subject here and it is a singular number, hence this will decide the conjunction to be used. “Originally” gives the hint of past incidence in this sentence, therefore “meant” will be used under past indefinite tense.
