Dear Aspirants,

As IBPS has released the official notification of the Common Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre Posts and the exam is tentatively scheduled to be held December 2018 & January 2019. Q1.(4) addressing is not followed by the preposition to and the article ‘a’ is used here as a general sense is being taken here. 

Q2.(3) We use a singular verb with each. 

Q3.(1) Comparison of two nouns or two qualities of a single person is being done. 

Q4.(3) In its verdict Jury is taken as a singular collective noun here so a singular pronoun should represent it. 

Q5.(2) ear of corn 

Q6.(2) Replace “for” with “of” 

Q7.(2) replace ‘than’ with “to” the word inferior is used with to not than. 

Q8.(3) Use 'insisted on asking' in place of 'insisted to ask'. 

Q9.(3) Use ‘for’ in place of ‘from’, We use for in perfect tenses to show indefinite time. 

Q10.(1) Use ‘my’ in place of ‘me’ as a possessive pronoun is required here.
