An Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Republic of Peru on Co-operation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters was signed in Mumbai.

2. PM to inaugurate Bogibeel Bridge, India's longest rail-road bridge, on Dec 25
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate on December 25 the Bogibeel Bridge, India's longest rail-road bridge, connecting the north and south banks of the Brahmaputra, falling in the eastern part of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
The bridge is 4.94 km long.
मोदी 25 दिसंबर को करेंगे बोगीबील पुल का उद्घाटन
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी देश के सबसे लंबे रेल-सड़क पुल बोगीबील का 25 दिसंबर को उद्घाटन करेंगे। यह पुल ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी के उत्तर तथा दक्षिणी तटों को जोड़ता है।
यह पुल 4.94 किलोमीटर लंबा है।
3. Salman Khan tops Forbes India highest earning celebrity list for third time
Bollywood actor Salman Khan has emerged as the richest Indian celebrity for the third time in a row, according to a Forbes list. The 52-year-old superstar bagged the numero uno spot on Forbes India Celebrity 100 list.
According to the publication, Khan earned Rs 253.25 crore through his films, TV appearances and brand endorsements between October 1, 2017, and September 30, 2018 (period under consideration).
With Rs 112.8 crore, Deepika Padukone is No 4 on the list as the highest-earning woman celebrity. She has become the first woman to break into the top five positions since the inception of the list in 2012.
‘फोर्ब्स इंडिया’ की सूची में तीसरी बार सबसे अधिक कमाई करने वाले सितारे बने सलमान खान
बॉलीवुड सुपरस्टार सलमान खान लगातार तीसरी बार फोर्ब्स इंडिया की, सबसे अधिक कमाई करने वालों की 100 लोगों की सूची में शीर्ष पर काबिज हैं।
फोर्ब्स की सूची के अनुसार सलमान ने एक अक्टूबर 2017 से 30 सितम्बर 2018 के बीच अपनी फिल्मों, टीवी और विज्ञापनों से 253.25 करोड़ रुपए की कमाई की।
इस सूची में अदाकारा दीपिका पादुकोण ने 112.8 करोड़ रुपए की कमाई के साथ चौथा स्थान हासिल किया है। वर्ष 2012 से जारी हो रही इस सूची के प्रथम पांच में जगह बनाने वाली दीपिका पहली महिला हैं।
4. RBI retains GDP projection for current fiscal at 7.4%
The Reserve Bank of India has retained its GDP forecast for the current fiscal at 7.4 percent and said growth will accelerate further to 7.5 percent in first half of 2019-20, driven by acceleration in investment activity.
रिजर्व बैंक ने जीडीपी वृद्धि का अनुमान 7.4 प्रतिशत पर बरकरार रखा
भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने पेश द्विमासिक मौद्रिक नीति समीक्षा में चालू वित्त वर्ष के लिये आर्थिक वृद्धि दर के अनुमान को 7.4 प्रतिशत पर पूर्ववत रखा है। केंद्रीय बैंक ने यह भी कहा है कि निवेश गतिविधियों में तेजी से वित्त वर्ष 2019-20 की पहली छमाही में वृद्धि दर बढ़कर 7.5 प्रतिशत रहने की संभावना है।
5. Lalit Kr Chandel appointed govt nominee on ICICI Bank board
The government has appointed Lalit Kumar Chandel, economic advisor in the Department of Financial Services, as its nominee on the board of ICICI Bank with effect from December 4, the lender said.
चंदेल आईसीआईसीआई बैंक के बोर्ड में सरकार के प्रतिनिधि नियुक्त
सरकार ने वित्तीय सेवा विभाग में आर्थिक सलाहकार ललित कुमार चंदेल को निजी क्षेत्र के आईसीआईसीआई बैंक के निदेशक मंडल में अपना प्रतिनिधि नियुक्त किया है। उनकी नियुक्त चार दिसंबर से प्रभावी है।
