1. ADULTERATE (VERB): alter often for profit 

Synonyms: contaminate, defile 

Antonyms: purify, cleanse 

Example Sentence: 

The shopkeeper was adulterating in the pulses.


Synonyms: imperative, essential

Antonyms: needless, superfluous 

Example Sentence:
