India win men's TT team gold medal at CWG after 12 years
India defeated Nigeria 3-0 to clinch gold in the men's table tennis team event at the Commonwealth Games for the first time since 2006. With this, India joined England to bag second-most table tennis gold medals (5) at CWG. This is the first time that India have won both men's and women's TT team events at a single CWG edition.

Maharashtra government will provide free chemotherapy free cancer patients
Maharashtra government has announced that cancer patients would be provided free chemotherapy treatment at district hospitals, with the first phase of the plan starting in June.
The plan will start with hospitals in Nagpur, Gadchiroli, Pune, Amravati, Jalgaon, Nashik, Wardha, Satara, Bhandara and Akola.

17yr-old Mehuli sets CWG record, wins silver

भारतीय निशानेबाज़ मेहुली घोष (17) ने कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स में संयुक्त रिकॉर्ड बनाकर 10 मीटर एयर राइफल स्पर्धा में रजत पदक जीता। , मेहुली और इस स्पर्धा में स्वर्ण जीतने वाली सिंगापुर की मार्टिना लिंडसे वेलोसो ने एक समान रिकॉर्ड स्कोर बनाया जिसके बाद फैसला शूट-ऑफ से हुआ। इस स्पर्धा में भारत की अपूर्वी चंदेला ने कांस्य जीता।
Commonwealth Games: Jitu won gold, Om won bronze medal in 10 meter air pistol event
Indian shooter Jitu Rai and Om Prakash Mitharwal won gold and bronze medals respectively in the 10m Air Pistol event at the 21st Commonwealth Games. Jitu also made the Commonwealth Games record with 235.1 points while Mitharwal got 214.3 points. India now has 15 medals including 8 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze.

भारतीय निशानेबाज़ जीतू राय और ओम प्रकाश मिथरवाल ने 21वें कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स में 10 मीटर एयर पिस्टल स्पर्धा में क्रमश: स्वर्ण और कांस्य पदक जीता। जीतू ने 235.1 अंकों के साथ कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स रिकॉर्ड भी बनाया जबकि मिथरवाल को 214.3 अंक मिले। भारत के अब 8 स्वर्ण, 3 रजत और 4 कांस्य समेत 15 पदक हो गए हैं।
