Since 119 is exactly divisible by 17 , the remainder may be obtained by dividing 19 by 17 so the remainder will be 2.

5.) (D)

Remainder on dividing 19 by 20 is -1.
So Remainder on dividing by 20 is 6.) (A)

Let HCF = x. then LCM = 12x.
Given that, HCF  = 31 and LCM = 12 x 31
Other number = 6.) (B) 7.) (D)

Let the number of coin of 25 paise ,10 paise and 5 paise be 2x , 3x and 5x.
So according to question, So number of coin of 5 paisa be 5 x 100 = 500.

8.(C)

According to question, Perimeter of triangle = 9.) (B)

Total distance travelled by car = 3+3+3+3+ = 12 km
Total time taken by a car Average = total distance / total time km/hr

10. (D)

Let the M.R.P of an article be 100 %
Selling price of article =Rs. 17490
If he give a discount of 8 % then  S.P = 92 %
92 % = 17490
100 % = 19500
Now C.P of the article is If he did not give the discount, then
Required profit percentage =
