Sol:

We know that, Q.2.     What is the unit digit ? का इकाई अंक क्या है ?

(A)  4               (B)  0               (C) 6                (D) 5

Sol:
Required unit digit is
Unit digit of is 5.
Unit digit of is 9.
Unit digit of is 2.
So unit digit will be 5 + 9 + 2 = 6.

Q.3.If then find the value of यदि तो इसका मान क्या होगा (A) 3m            (B) 4m            (C) (D) Sol :
Required ans will be 4m.

Q.4.     Find the average of all prime number between 1 to 20?

1 और 20 के बीच सभी अभाज्य संख्याओ का औसत क्या है?

(A)  9.625                    (B) 9.75                       (C) 8.66                      (D) 10.625

Sol:

Prime numbers between 1 to 20 are 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17 and 19.
So required average is = Q.5.The speed of first train is 45km/hr. and the speed of another train is 10m/sec. find the ratio of their speed?

एक रेलगाड़ी की चाल 45 किमी/घंटा है और दूसरी रेलगाड़ी की चाल 10 मीटर/सेकंड है दोनों गाडी की चाल का अनुपात ज्ञात कीजिये?

(A)  5 : 4                      (B) 2 : 3                       (C) 9 : 2                        (D) 4 : 3

The speeds of the trains are Q.6. A merchant sells a radio at 10 % profit if he bought 10% less and sold it Rs.132 less then he got 10% profit. Find the cost price of radio?

एक व्यापारी एक रेडियो को 10% के लाभ पर बेचता है यदि उसने वह 10% कम पर ख़रीदा होता और रु. 132 कम में बेचा होता, तो उसे  10% लाभ मिलता. रेडियो का क्रय मूल्य क्या है ?

(A)  1100                     (B) 1200                      (C) 1300                    (D)  1320

Sol ;
Let the cost price of radio be 100x.
So selling price will be = 110x.
According to question,
CP = 90x ,  SP = 110x – 132. So the cost price of radio is 1200.

Q.7.A shopkeeper marked the article 30 % above the cost price. And he gives a discount of 20 % on the M.R.P. find his profit percentage?

एक दुकानदार एक वस्तु पर लागत कीमत से 30% अधिक अंकित करता है यदि वह अंकित मूल्य पर 20% छूट देता है, तो उसका लाभ प्रतिशत क्या है?

Sol :
Let the cost price be 100.
So M.R.P will be 130.
Discount = 20%
So selling price will be = 104
Required profit = 4
Profit percentage = Q.8.     The ratio of the volume of two right circular cylinder is 2 : 3. And the ratio of their radius is 1 : 2. Find the ratio of their heights?

यदि दो लम्ब वृतीय शंकुओ के आयतन का अनुपात 2 : 3 है और उनके आधार की त्रिज्याओ का अनुपात 1 : 2 है तो उनकी ऊंचाईयों का अनुपात क्या है?

(A)  3 : 4                      (B)  8 : 3                      (C) 4 : 3                       (D)  3 : 8

Sol :

According to question, Q.9      The length, breadth and height of a room are in the ratio 3 : 2 : 1 if the volume of the room is 1296 metre3. Then find the breadth of the room?

एक कमरे की लम्बाई , चौड़ाई तथा ऊंचाई का अनुपात 3 : 2 : 1 है यदि कमरे का आयतन 1296 मीटर3. है तो उसकी चौड़ाई क्या है?

(A) 12 metre    (B)  18 metre   (C) 16 metre    (D) 24 metre

Sol :

Volume = l x b x h So breadth of room = 12 metre
