1. COMPENDIOUS (ADJECTIVE):  abbreviated

Synonyms: brief, concise

Antonyms: unabridged, lengthened

Example Sentence:

Standing over a stage the politician made a compendious remark.

2. DECOY (NOUN): fake

Synonyms: chicane, pretence

Antonyms: reality, truth

Example sentence:

The FBI used an undercover decoy to lure in the killer.


Synonyms: calm, pastoral

Antonyms: agitated, aroused

Example sentence:

I want to lead a tranquil life.

4. PERILOUS (ADJECTIVE): delinquent

Synonyms: slack, dangerous

Antonyms: careful, improved

Example sentence:

There was a perilous villa across the road.


Synonyms: corny, stale

Antonyms: agree, concur

Example sentence:
