India and Ethiopia signed agreements for cooperation in trade and communication sectors to boost bilateral ties.
President Ramnath Kovind and his Ethiopian counterpart Mulatu Teshome also released a book titled 'India-Ethiopia: 70 Years Diplomatic Relations'.

Gauri Lankesh to posthumously get Anna Politkovskaya Award
Activist-journalist Gauri Lankesh will be posthumously given the 'Anna Politkovskaya Award' this year, making her the first Indian to receive the honour. The award is conferred by London-based organisation RAW in WAR (Reach All Women in War).
गौरी लंकेश को मरणोपरांत एन्ना पोल्तिकोवस्काया पुरस्कार दिया जाएगा
कार्यकर्ता और पत्रकार गौरी लंकेश को इस साल मरणोपरांत 'एन्ना पोल्तिकोवस्काया अवॉर्ड' से सम्मानित किया जाएगा। यह पुरस्कार पाने वाली वह पहली भारतीय होंगी। यह पुरस्कार लंदन की संस्था ‘रॉ इन वॉर’ (रीच ऑल वूमन इन वॉर) द्वारा दिया जाता है।
