रेल बजट विलय के लिए नियम-परिवर्तन को राष्ट्रपति की मंजूरी
राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी ने रेल बजट को केंद्रीय बजट में मिलाने के लिए सरकारी काम काज के
नियमों में बदलाव को मंजूरी दे दी है।
कैबिनेट सचिवालय द्वारा जारी हालिया आदेश के अनुसार आर्थिक मामलों के विभाग को आम बजट :रेल बजट को: तैयार की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। इससे पहले तक विभाग रेलवे को छोड़कर अन्य बजट का कामकाज निपटाता था।
President Pranab Mukherjee okays change in rules for rail budget merger
President Pranab Mukherjee has approved changes in government rules to allow merger of rail budget with the central budget.
The Department of Economic Affairs has been entrusted with the work relating to preparation of central budget including rail budget, as per a recent order issued by Cabinet Secretariat.

In one of the biggest acquisitions in auto component space by an Indian firm, Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd (MSSL) will launch a 571 million euro (over Rs 4,150 crore) open tender offer to fully acquire Finland's PKC Group Plc (PKC), a maker of wiring harness.
