सब्जी, दला-दलहानों और दूध तथा अंडों के सस्ता होने खुदरा मूल्यों पर आधारित मुद्रास्फीति सितंबर में घटकर 4.31 प्रतिशत पर आ गयी। यह इसका 13 महीने का न्यूनतम स्तर है।
