1 UPI Help is an AI-powered digital assistant launched by the
National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to improve user experience and
trust in digital transactions. The tool aims to simplify grievance redressal,
track transactions, and resolve common payment issues such as failed
transactions, payment delays, and queries related to AutoPay mandates.

2 The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has
launched the SITAA program, which stands for "Scheme for Innovation and
Technology Linkage with Aadhaar." SITAA aims to promote innovation,
collaboration, and research in India's digital identity ecosystem. UIDAI is
working closely with the MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) and NASSCOM to effectively
implement this program.

3. NASA has confirmed the existence of Earth's "quasi-moon" asteroid 2025 PN7. Unlike our natural moon, 2025 PN7 orbits the Sun in nearly the same path as Earth, but it is not gravitationally bound to our planet. It was discovered by the University of Hawaii in 2025 and confirmed by NASA after orbital analysis. The asteroid is 18-36 meters across and poses no threat.

Sevilla Forum on Debt was launched in Geneva during the 16th United Nations Conference
on Trade and Development (UNCTAD16). It is a Spanish-led initiative, supported
by UNCTAD and the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs
(DESA). The Forum aims to address the global sovereign debt crisis, which has
reached a public debt deficit of $102 trillion in 2024. Objectives: Reform the
global debt architecture. Promote responsible borrowing and lending. Ensure
that debt repayment does not hinder progress on the Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs).

10. According to the India Meteorological
Department (IMD), a low pressure area over the southeast Bay of Bengal
intensified into a depression on Saturday and is expected to intensify into a
cyclonic storm named 'Montha' by Monday (October 27). As Cyclone Montha
intensifies, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu are expected to experience
strong winds, heavy rainfall, and possible flooding.Thailand gave the cyclonic
storm the name Montha.
