1 Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) and Punjab National Bank (PNB) signed a MoU to enhance PNB's digital banking services. TCIL will provide IT consulting, project management and technology solutions to strengthen PNB's IT infrastructure, with a focus on systems integration, compliance and security. The partnership aims to ensure flexible and customer-centric digital services.

​टेलीकम्युनिकेशंस कंसल्टेंट्स इंडिया लिमिटेड (TCIL) और पंजाब नेशनल बैंक (PNB) ने PNB की डिजिटल बैंकिंग सेवाओं को बेहतर बनाने के लिए एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए। TCIL, PNB के IT अवसंरचना को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए IT परामर्श, परियोजना प्रबंधन और तकनीकी समाधान प्रदान करेगा, जिसमें सिस्टम एकीकरण, अनुपालन और सुरक्षा पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा। इस साझेदारी का उद्देश्य लचीली और ग्राहक-केंद्रित डिजिटल सेवाएँ सुनिश्चित करना है।

 2   Dr Manmohan Singh was posthumously awarded the P.V. Narasimha Rao Memorial Economics Prize for his key role in India's 1991 economic reforms. The award recognises his unprecedented contribution to nation building through liberalisation, global integration and economic policy. Presented by Montek Singh Ahluwalia; accepted by Gursharan Kaur.

 3. The National Statistical Office (NSO) will conduct the All India Credit and Investment Survey (AIDIS) and Situation Assessment Survey (SAS) from July 2026 to June 2027. AIDIS focuses on household finances, debt and asset ownership, while SAS studies agricultural households. These surveys provide important data for policymaking on financial inclusion, rural credit and agricultural development.

राष्ट्रीय सांख्यिकी कार्यालय (NSO) जुलाई 2026 से जून 2027 तक अखिल भारतीय ऋण एवं निवेश सर्वेक्षण (AIDIS) और स्थिति आकलन सर्वेक्षण (SAS) आयोजित करेगा। AIDIS घरेलू वित्त, ऋण और परिसंपत्ति स्वामित्व पर केंद्रित है, जबकि SAS कृषि परिवारों का अध्ययन करता है। ये सर्वेक्षण वित्तीय समावेशन, ग्रामीण ऋण और कृषि विकास पर नीति निर्धारण के लिए महत्वपूर्ण आँकड़े प्रदान करते हैं।

 4. Russia's Gazprom and China's CNPC have signed a deal to build the Power of Siberia 2 pipeline linking Russia's Western Siberia to China via Mongolia. The 6,700 kilometer pipeline aims to compensate for lost European gas revenues and strengthen Russia-China energy ties. The pipeline will carry 50 billion cubic meters of gas annually, well below Europe's previous demand.

रूस की गैजप्रोम और चीन की CNPC ने रूस के पश्चिमी साइबेरिया को मंगोलिया के मार्ग से चीन से जोड़ने वाली पावर ऑफ साइबेरिया 2 पाइपलाइन के निर्माण के लिए एक समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। 6,700 किलोमीटर लंबी इस पाइपलाइन का उद्देश्य यूरोपीय गैस राजस्व में हुई कमी की भरपाई करना और रूस-चीन ऊर्जा संबंधों को सुदृढ़ करना है। यह पाइपलाइन वार्षिक रूप से 50 अरब घन मीटर गैस ले जाएगी, जो यूरोप की पिछली माँग से पर्याप्त कम है।

 5. Retired IAS officer Srinivas Injeti has been appointed as the Chairman of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) with the approval of SEBI. Prior to this, he has served as the Corporate Affairs Secretary and Founder Chairman of IFSCA. SEBI (1988) is the principal regulatory authority for the Indian securities market. SEBI was granted statutory powers through the SEBI Act, 1992. NSE was formed in 1992

सेवानिवृत्त IAS अधिकारी श्रीनिवास इंजेती को SEBI की मंज़ूरी के साथ नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (NSE) का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया गया है। इससे पहले वे कॉर्पोरेट कार्य सचिव और IFSCA के संस्थापक अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं। SEBI (1988) भारतीय प्रतिभूति बाज़ार के लिए प्रमुख नियामक प्राधिकरण है। SEBI को SEBI अधिनियम, 1992 के माध्यम से वैधानिक शक्तियाँ प्रदान की गई थीं। NSE का गठन 1992 में किया गया था।

 6. Rajnath Singh flagged off India's first all-women tri-service circumnavigation expedition, IASV Triveni. The 'Samudra Pradakshana' expedition comprises 10 women officers from the Army, Navy and Air Force, marking the first time that a tri-services all-women crew is going on a mission. The expedition will cover a distance of over 26,000 nautical miles, cross the equator twice and circumnavigate the three great cape-ships.

राजनाथ सिंह ने भारत के पहले महिला त्रि-सेवा जलयात्रा अभियान, IASV त्रिवेणी को हरी झंडी दिखाई। 'समुद्री प्रदक्षिणा' अभियान में सेना, नौसेना और वायु सेना की 10 महिला अधिकारी शामिल हैं, जो पहली बार तीनों सेनाओं के महिला चालक दल मिशन पर जा रही हैं। यह अभियान 26,000 समुद्री मील से अधिक की दूरी तय करेगा, भूमध्य रेखा को दो बार पार करेगा और तीन महान अंतरीपों का चक्कर लगाएगा।

 7.  Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced the launch of a daily time-tabled parcel train from Budgam (Kashmir Valley) to Adarsh ​​Nagar (Delhi). This service will help fruit and handicraft vendors to showcase their products across India. The Jammu-Srinagar line is now operational, improving connectivity with the Kashmir Valley. The first parcel van is carrying 23 metric tonnes of apples.

केंद्रीय रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने बड़गाम (कश्मीर घाटी) से आदर्श नगर (दिल्ली) तक एक दैनिक समय-सारिणी वाली पार्सल ट्रेन शुरू करने की घोषणा की। इस सेवा से फल और हस्तशिल्प विक्रेताओं को पूरे भारत में अपने उत्पाद प्रदर्शित करने में मदद मिलेगी। जम्मू-श्रीनगर लाइन अब चालू हो गई है, जिससे कश्मीर घाटी के साथ संपर्क बेहतर हुआ है। पहली पार्सल वैन 23 मीट्रिक टन सेब ले जा रही है।

 8. On the first day of the two-day 'PSB Manthan' organised by the Department of Financial Services, the government expressed concern over the declining current account savings account ratio of public sector banks. Improving CASA deposits will also help banks lend to key sectors of the economy. During the meeting, public sector banks were urged to increase lending to the agriculture sector as well as micro, small and medium enterprises that generate employment.

वित्तीय सेवा विभाग द्वारा आयोजित दो दिवसीय 'पीएसबी मंथन' के पहले दिन , सरकार ने सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों के घटते चालू खाता बचत खाताअनुपात पर चिंता जताई। CASA जमा में सुधार से बैंकों को अर्थव्यवस्था के प्रमुख क्षेत्रों को ऋण देने में भी मदद मिलेगी। बैठक के दौरान, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों से कृषि क्षेत्र के साथ-साथ रोज़गार पैदा करने वाले सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों को ऋण देने में वृद्धि करने का आग्रह किया गया।

 9. The Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB) has recommended the appointment of Ravi Ranjan, the current Deputy Managing Director, as the next Managing Director of State Bank of India (SBI). He will replace Vinay M. Tonse, whose term ends on November 30. Now the final decision has to be taken by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The chairman of FSIB is Bhanu Pratap Sharma, former Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT). FSIB was established by the Central Government on 1 July 2022.

वित्तीय सेवा संस्थान ब्यूरो (FSIB) ने वर्तमान उप-प्रबंध निदेशक, रवि रंजन को भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (SBI) का अगला प्रबंध निदेशक नियुक्त करने की अनुशंसा की है। वह विनय एम. टोंस का स्थान लेंगे, जिनका कार्यकाल 30 नवंबर को समाप्त हो रहा है। अब अंतिम निर्णय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता वाली कैबिनेट की नियुक्ति समिति को करना है। एफएसआईबी के अध्यक्ष कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग (डीओपीटी) के पूर्व सचिव भानु प्रताप शर्मा हैं।  FSIB की स्थापना केंद्र सरकार द्वारा 1 जुलाई 2022 को की गई थी.

 10.  The Gems & Jewellery Export Promotion Council of India (GJEPC) in collaboration with Indian authorities launched SAJEX 2025 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The exhibition will also host the World Jewellery Investment Forum to discuss trade and investment opportunities. Saudi Arabia's growing luxury market is at the core of SAJEX's goals, in line with Vision 2030.

भारतीय रत्न एवं आभूषण निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद (GJEPC) ने भारतीय अधिकारियों के सहयोग से सऊदी अरब के जेद्दा में SAJEX 2025 का शुभारंभ किया। इस प्रदर्शनी में व्यापार और निवेश के अवसरों पर चर्चा के लिए विश्व आभूषण निवेश मंच का भी आयोजन किया जाएगा। सऊदी अरब का बढ़ता हुआ लक्जरी बाज़ार SAJEX के लक्ष्यों का केंद्रबिंदु है, जो विजन 2030 के अनुरूप है।
