Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar Releases ‘India Rankings 2017’
The Union Minister of Human Resource Development, Shri Prakash Javadekar , released the India Rankings 2017 for the Educational Institutions and dedicated it to the nation in New Delhi.
In this second edition of India Rankings, a total of 2995 institutions have participated this time. This includes 232 Universities, 1024 Engineering Institutions, 546 Management Institutions, 318 Pharmacy Institutions and 637 General Degree Colleges, and others.

केन्द्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री श्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने नई दिल्ली में शैक्षिक संस्थानों के लिए 'भारत रैंकिंग 2017' जारी किया और इसे देश को समर्पित किया।
रैंकिंग के इस दूसरे संस्करण में कुल 2995 संस्थानों ने भाग लिया है। इसके अंतर्गत 232 विश्वविद्यालयों, 1024 प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थानों, 546 प्रबंधन संस्थानों, 318 फार्मेसी संस्थानों तथा 637 सामान्य स्ऩातक महाविद्यालयों और अन्य शामिल हैं।

Sporting minnows India has been ranked third for the third year in a row in a doping violation report published by World Anti-Doping Agency for 2015 with 117 athletes from the country being punished after testing positive for banned substances.
वाडा डोपिंग तालिका में लगातार तीसरे साल भारत तीसरे स्थान पर
भारत का भले ही खेल जगत में बहुत बड़ा स्थान नहीं है लेकिन अगर डोपिंग के उल्लंघन की बात करें तो विश्व डोपिंग रोधी एजेंसी : वाडा : की 2015 के लिये जारी रिपोर्ट में वह तीसरे स्थान पर है। देश के कुल 117 खिलाड़ियों को प्रतिबंधित दवाईयों के सेवन का दोषी पाया गया और यह लगातार तीसरा अवसर है जबकि भारत डोपिंग उल्लंघन के लिये शीर्ष तीन में शामिल है।
