1- The second edition of the annual joint military exercise, named as Dharma Guardian between Indian and Japanese Army concluded in Mizoram. The primary focus of this joint military exercise was to train and equip the contingents in counter-insurgency and counter-terrorism operations in mountainous terrain.
भारतीय और जापानी सेना के बीच धर्म संरक्षक के रूप में नामित वार्षिक संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास का दूसरा संस्करण मिजोरम में संपन्न हुआ। इस संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास का प्राथमिक फोकस पर्वतीय इलाकों में आतंकवाद विरोधी और आतंकवाद विरोधी अभियानों को प्रशिक्षित और लैस करना था।
2- Four-day long event Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Parv 2019 inaugurated in New Delhi. The event is being organized by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, KVS.

3- President Ram Nath Kovind has launched endowment fund of IIT Delhi.

4-Two new countries Eritrea and Saint Kittis and Nevis have signed the International Solar Alliance's (ISA) Framework Agreement at its second Assembly held in New Delhi. With this 83 countries have so far signed the ISA framework agreement.
दो नए देशों इरीट्रिया और सेंट किटिस और नेविस ने नई दिल्ली में आयोजित अपनी दूसरी विधानसभा में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सौर गठबंधन (आईएसए) फ्रेमवर्क समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। इसके साथ 83 देशों ने अब तक आईएसए फ्रेमवर्क समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं।
5- The 38th edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF) 2019 was inaugurated by Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. Nearly 1800 exhibitors from 77 countries are participating in the Fair.

8-Arunachal Pradesh is hosting the Multilingual Writers’ Meet at its oldest town Pasighat in East Siang District from 2nd November 2019. The two-day event is being held at the auditorium of the College of Horticulture and Forestry.
