3. PayU acquires digital payments security firm Wibmo for $70 million
PayU, an online payment service provider, acquired US-based technology company Wibmo that operates in digital payment security for $70 million.
The partnership will focus on accelerating its credit business in India and offline digital payment space.

डिजिटल भुगतान की सेवा देने वाली कंपनी पेयू ने भारत में काम करने वाली अमेरिका की प्रौद्योगिकी कंपनी विब्मो का 7 करोड़ डॉलर (करीब 484 करोड़ रुपये) में अधिग्रहण किया है।
