(1) 15000
(2) 12000
(3) 10000
(4) 8000
(5) 18000

Q1. (5) + 3, × 4, + 5, × 6, + 7, × 8

Q2. (4) ÷ 1, × 2, ÷ 3, × 4, ÷ 5, × 6

Q3. (2) × 2 + 1, × 3 + 2, × 5 + 3, × 7 + 4, × 11 + 5, × 13 + 6

Q4. (3) (I) 2x2 – 7x + 6 = 0
2x2 – 4x – 3x + 6 = 0
(x – 2) (2x – 3) = 0
x = 2 or/या x = 3/2
(II) 4y2 = 9
y = 3/2, or/या
– 3/2
Hence/अतः, x y

Q5. (3) (I) 4x2 – 4x – 3 = 0
4x2 – 6x + 2x – 3 = 0
(2x – 3) (2x + 1) = 0
x = 3/2 or/या x = – 1/2
(II) 4y2 + 12y + 5 = 0
4y2 + 10y + 2y + 5 = 0
(2y + 1) (2y + 5) = 0
y = – 1/2 or/या y = – 5/2
Hence/अतः, x > y

Q6. (5) Let the two digit number be 10x + y/माना द्विअंकीय संख्या 10x + y है ।
y = x + 2
y – x = 2 .... (I)
(y + x) × 4 = 10x + y – 3
4x + 4y = 10x + y – 3
6x – 3y = 3 .... (II)
From eq. (I) and (II)/ समीकरण (I) और (II) से,
x = 3, y = 5
So, number/

Number of males/
Present male/

Now/अब, 7 = 42
18 = 108
Required difference/

Q9. (4)
x = Rs.9500
Compound interest/
= Rs.1786.95
Q10. (1) After first gate he will have/पहले गेट के बाद उसके पास बचेगा =
After second gate he will be left with/दूसरे गेट के बाद उसके पास बचेगा
=
At last gate he will have/अन्तिम गेट के बाद उसके पास बचेगा
=
= 0
x = 15000
